Gyarados and Raichu go hand in hand. Raichu fakes out, gyarados set's up. Chose it for its wallbreaking power. Protect to scout/protect haha. Considered Earthquake, but Crunch is STAB and hits grass types for neutral damage. Also thought about giving it jolly but then ill be giving up power.

EVs: 252 SpA, 252 Spe, 4 HP

Raichu absorbs the electricity, gyarados sets up plus it has fake out, and focus sash+protect gurantees me to at least take two hits before dying. It's a gyarados wet dream. Mainly decided to go with the pair because thundurus is a thing. I'm not sure if I wanna give it Encore or grass knot maybe HP ice. Encoring things really saved my ass so many times but grass knot deals with bulky water types (swampert, etc.) and Hp ice hits landorus, buts thats it.

I honestly picked talonflame because "it felt right". Flying priority+the ability to cripple things, it's just amazing. This team has problems with trick room, but at the same time things that set it up carry mental herb. I could fake out and taunt then taunt again, but it's pretty risky. Quick guard to protect my mons from fake out and other brave birds. Heatran is great and all but sometimes heat waves doesn't do it and I have been in situations where flare blitz would of been useful.

Machamp Lum Berry
Ability: No Guard
EVs: 252 Atk, 60 HP, 196 SpD

I wanted something that could deal with my rock weakness pre mega, protect my mons from moves like hyper voice or rock slide and deal with mega mom, somewhat. SpD invesment to take hits from non Stab choice specs moves and hit back hard with a dynamicpunch. Lum berry to deal with burns. Ice punch+fake out destroys landorus even at -1.

Heatran Air Ballon
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA, 80 Spe, 176 HP

-Earth Power/Ancient Power/Flash Cannon

I initially picked heatran because because I gave talonflame flare blitz, I had no fire moves. It can't get poisoned, burned and when led with raichu paralyzed, well at least from t-waves. Another reason I picked it is because of charizard y. Earth power, ancientpower and flash cannon are all pretty viable and often find myself needing one or the other. Ancientpower is honestly mainly for charizard y, flash cannon for annoying fairies and earth power for fire types. A great example would be m-camerupt. Air ballon+its bulk especially when paired with raichu allows me to get a free sub most of the time.

Amoonguss Sitrus Berry
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 SpA
Relaxed Nature
-Spore
-Rage Powder
-Sludge Bomb/Giga Drain

Amoongus is an excellent pokemon in doubles allowing me to either draw fighting moves away from mega gyarados or putting things to sleep, it just adds to the team. Hyper voice/dazzling gleam are the best fairy moves so far and they hit both opponents. With that being said, mega gyarados even regular gyardos get 2ko'd if not ko'd by them. Gardevoir still ko's it with a psychic moves but if my opponent decides to fire a hyper voice/dazzling gleam I can either spore or sludge bomb it for some damage. Giga drain deals with politoed and bulky water types to some extent, but sludge bomb's ability to hit fairies for SE damage can be valuable. Plus it hits mega venusaur for neutral damage with can wear down.
Did I mention this is the first time I posted on VGC and am still learning the metagame haha. All help/advice is welcomed.
