The Team:
Goodra
Aegislash
Ampharos (Mega)
Noivern
Greninja
Mega Charizard Y
Goodra: The Toxic Tank
EV: 252 HP, 252 Defense, 6 Special Defense
Moves:
-Dragon Pulse
-Toxic
-Rest
-Sleep Talk
Ability: Gooey
Nature: Sassy
Item: Leftovers
The whole point of this Goodra is to set up a defensive wall which can also do a steady amount of damage. I usually use Toxic first turn to set up a damaging constant which increases each turn. I also usually do this on both of the opponent's Pokemon, so that they will be slowly consumed as I just sit there taking damage, and doling out the STAB Dragon Pulse. When Goodra's HP gets low, I use rest, and follow up with a sleep talk so she can continue doing damage while also staying there as a wall. I am considering changing Toxic with Sludge Bomb for better fairy coverage.
Aegislash: Tanky Sweeper
EV: 252 HP, 252 Attack, 6 Defense
Moves:
-King's Shield
-Shadow Sneak
-Iron Head
-Swords Dance
Ability: Stance Change
Nature: Brave
Item: Sitrus Berry
I start him off, almost every time, with a Swords Dance, so that he can serve as a sweeper while absorbing the first attack with no problem, even if it is super effective. I then either use King's Shield, or another swords dance, depending on what the opponents are doing. Iron Head is used as a fairy stopper, since a lot of my team is dragon. With two sword dances, Shadow Sneak usually OHKO's most of my opponents as well. I immediately king shield after every attack, unless I was planning on doing a sacrifice kill.
Ampharos: Fabulous Sweep
EV: 252 HP, 252 SpA, 6 Defense
Moves:
-Discharge
-Dragon Pulse
-Signal Beam
-Confuse Ray
Ability: Static/ Mold Breaker
Nature: Modest
Item: Either Amphorosite or Assault Vest
I usually open with Ampharos and Goodra because they are both such awesome tanks. My Ampharos uses Discharge, which attacks everything on the field, and since Goodra has such awesome SpD and HP, it does nearly no damage to her. This leads to them pairing up really well against Talonflame and Charizard leads, and it's very good at taking out Togekiss. I also use Confuse Ray against any opponents who look like they may pose a threat, because it is an added level of getting them out of the way.
Noivern: Set Up Sweeper
EV: 252 SpA, 252 Speed, 6 HP
Moves:
-Tailwind
-Protect
-U-Turn
-Draco Meteor
Ability: Infiltrator
Nature: Timid
Item: Focus Sash
Noivern is the ultimate set up pokemon for my Charizard. First turn I use Tailwind, which increases the speed of all of my sweeper. Then I usually follow up with a heat wave from Charizard, which usually wipes one or two pokemon out. My next move is to use Draco Meteor, and the turn after that, I use U-turn to get rid of the nerfed stats. Focus Sash is there to make sure I at least get the power up for my Greninja and Charizard.
Greninja: Versatile Transformer
EV: 252 SpA, 252 Speed, 6 HP
Moves:
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Grass Knot
-Extrasensory
Ability: Protean
Nature: Modest
Item: Expert Belt
Greninja is the ultimate sweeper. It can take out almost anything with its high Speed, SpA, and its ability to have everything be STAB. I am considering changing Extrasensory for Dark Pulse, but I'm not sure which would give better coverage
Charizard: Sweeper
EV: 252 SpA, 252 Speed, 6HP
Moves:
-Heat Wave
-Protect
-Dragon Pulse
-Solar Beam
Ability: Blaze/ Drought
Nature: Timid
Item: Charizardite Y
Charizard's job is to outrun everything (with a tailwind boost) and to sweep. Heat Wave is for STAB, Protect in case I have Greninja out and want to use surf, Dragon Pulse to take out dragons, and Solar Beam for Rock/Water/Ground types, as the two former can be huge pains.
I would really appreciate any and all feedback. If anyone wants to battle, I'd be happy with that too!
