Good moveset and ev spread for rapidash?

I was thinking something like:
Rapidash @ Choice Scarf
Jolly Nature; Evs: ATk-252; Spd-252; Hp-6
Flare Blitz
Megahorn
Bounce/Iron Tail/Return/Poison Jab
Bounce/Iron Tail/Return/Poison Jab

Or
Rapidash @ Muscle Band/Life Orb
Jolly Nature; Evs: ATk-252; Spd-252; Hp-6
Agility
Flare Blitz
Megahorn
Bounce/Iron Tail/Return/Poison Jab
 
Poison Jab is never necessary, IMO. Megahorn and Flare Blitz are both SE against Grass, the only thing Poison hits SE.
 
I have megahorn on there for power mainly. Poison Jab for power as well, i wasnt considering it as much as the other options. But what do you suggest.
 
It gets hypnosis, so that's always a good option. Hypnosis and Megahorn are what it gets over Arcanine for attacking, IIRC. Other than higher speed
 
Due to its extremelly little considerable movepool, natural gift should be a good option, specially if you're trying to hit an especific pokémon like swampert or salamence/garchomp.
