Damp/Cloud Nine/Swift Swim
So a duck walks up to a lemonade stand...

Notable Moves:
- Nasty Plot
- Hydro Pump
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Grass Knot
- Psychic
- Tera Blast
- Focus Blast
- Taunt

Pros:
- Due to how Dexit shook out as of pre-dlc scarlet and violet, Golduck is the only special attacking swift swimmer in the tier. This, combined with Nasty Plot and Grass Knot, gives it a unique niche on rain teams as a swift swimmer that can break through bulky water types.
- Related to the above but this thing has all the coverage you could ever need while still letting your floatzel/barraskewda use Tera Water, as it isn't reliant on Tera Grass to do so. This also lets it use its own Tera for something like water, or defensively to resist priority moves.
- While its stats aren't great, it's both fast enough and strong enough to get the job done, with just enough bulk to click Nasty Plot once.
- You get to use Golduck and it's not a joke this thing actually has a niche

Cons:
- It's pretty fragile and can only take exactly one hit most of the time. While most of the things it wants to set up on aren't exactly going to threaten you out, this is worth noting. It's also weak to status, although you can opt to run Lum Berry as an item for free-er setup vs something like yawn gastrodon.
- Prone to Special walls such as Tinkaton and Blissey ruining your fun. Slowking ironically can also be kind of a headache, although it has to be afraid of +2 Grass Knot.
- I keep missing Hydro Pumps and it makes me sad :(

Sample Set:
Golduck @ Life Orb / Lum Berry
Ability: Swift Swim
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Nasty Plot
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Grass Knot

this feels like the most optimal 4 moves unless you fear god and want to run Surf, which is fair. I personally prefer tera Fairy to resist the widest amount of priority moves, but Ghost also resists two of the most common one (and lets you turbo die to sucker punch), and Dark resists sucker punch and makes you immune to Prankster, which might be handy with something like Grafaiai or Sableye running around.

Golduck under Rain is a very scary threat. At +2 it obliterates close to everything and is only really outsped by other swifter swimmers. It can also break through many of your opponents answers to rain teams due to it being a special attacker and able to break through pokemon like Water Tauros more easily. NP is the best set, but can also run Choice Specs for even more power right from the start. A very prominent sweeper on Rain teams.
