[OVERVIEW]
* Glimmora is a strong offensive threat with access to a good STAB combination and the powerful move Meteor Beam, which, when used with the Power Herb, can melt many targets, such as Assault Vest Entei and Incineroar. With Toxic Debris and signature move Mortal Spin, Glimmora can punish physical attackers and passive play, and, when combined with the threat of Meteor Beam, make it impossible to ignore while also requiring careful positioning to properly handle.

* Glimmora has traditionally fit best on Dondozo teams, as the combination of Toxic Debris and Mortal Spin means your foes almost guaranteed to be afflicted with poison, putting your opponent on a timer. Assault Vest on Glimmora is especially effective on Dondozo teams, as the extra longevity helps it spread poison better and stall out even longer, making up for the lowered damage output.

* With Meteor Beam, Glimmora can utilize its high Special Attack stat and good offensive typing as a damage dealer. Tornadus and Ogerpon-W are good partners; Tornadus provides speed control and can launch powerful Bleakwind Storms into Fighting-types that resist Meteor Beam and Ogerpon-W redirects potential Water- or Ground-type attacks while pressuring threats like Urshifu-R and Landorus. In return, Glimmora can threaten Grass-types, which resists both Ogerpon-W's STAB moves.

* Glimmora's poor defensive typing, combined with its middling bulk and average Speed, makes Glimmora a glass cannon. Glimmora is weak to many prominent offensive threats such as Urshifu-R, Landorus, and Gholdengo. Glimmora also struggles to handle Rock-resistant foes such as Iron Hands, Kingambit, and Urshifu-R. Even then, many of these foes will concede Toxic Spikes while taking out Glimmora; for instance, Urshifu-R will set up both layers of Toxic Spikes if it attacks Glimmora. Amoonguss is another difficult match up, as it absords Toxic Spikes and takes Glimmora's attacks comfortably, while threatening

[SET COMMENTS]
Meteor Beam's power against most neutral targets is devastating. The Special Attack boost allows Glimmora to output offensive pressure with Sludge Bomb even after Power Herb is consumed.

* Earth Power is used as coverage Steel-types that resist Glimmora's STAB combination. Energy Ball is also an option to utilize the Tera Grass STAB boost and to hit Pokemon that resist Meteor Beam such as Urshifu-R but makes it so that Steel-types resist all of Glimmora's attacks.

* The Special Attack investment along with the Modest nature is necessary to pick up a OHKO on Landorus, Walking Wake, and Terastillized Urshifu-R with Meteor Beam. The OHKO on Landorus and Urshifu turns the match up against hyper offensive teams completely on its head, especially with speed control support from Tornadus.

* The Defense investment is enough to guarantee surviving Rillaboom's Wood Hammer and a favourable roll of taking Kingambit's Iron Head. The Special Defensive investment lets it live Gholdengo's Make it Rain and Latias's Mist Ball. The rest of the EVs are invested into Speed, which allows Glimmora to outspeed Choice Scarf Landorus-T when in Tailwind.

* Tera Grass has better synergy with Glimmora's original typing and provides an immunity to spore, but gives Glimmora weakness to common. threats such as Chien-Pao. Tera Water, defensively, is a stronger neutral type into the metagame, but has fewer relevant resistances to common threats.

[SET COMMENTS]
* Both Earth Power and Energy Ball are fine options, but Energy Ball can do more damage against neutral targets if Glimmora Terastallizes into a Grass type.

* Mortal Spin is used as the final move for a more consistent method to spread poison than Toxic Debris.

* The Assault Vest gives Glimmora much more longevity, as it allows it to comfortably tank special attacks while still dissuading physical attackers with the threat of Toxic Spikes. On teams where being able to spread poison is important, Assault Vest is a good option.

* The special bulk allows Glimmora to live many strong super effective attacks, such as Choice Specs Gholdengo's Make it Rain; it also makes Choice Specs Flutter Mane's Shadow Ball a 3HKO. Glimmora still lives a Rillaboom Wood Hammer with the HP investment.

Good work, It'll be ready for GP after you implement these changes. Focus on simplifying for better analysis in the future.

Add, Remove, Highlight, Comment.

[OVERVIEW]

* Glimmora is a strong offensive threat with access to a good coverage in its Rock/Poison stabs STAB combination, and the powerful move Meteor Beam, which along with the power herb item can melt many targets, such as Incineroar and Assault Vest Entei. (You haven't necessarily mentioned good matchups for Glimmora yet) Combined with its ability Toxic Debris and signature move Mortal Spin, it's Glimmora is a threat that can't be ignored while also requiring careful positioning to properly handle.

* Glimmora has traditionally been best on Dondozo teams, as the combination of Toxic Debris and its signature move means your opponent is almost guaranteed to be afflicted with poison. (Especially considering Urshifu-R, a strong counter to Glimmora, hits 3 times sets up the full set of spikes), putting them on a timer. The Assault Vest item is especially effective with Dondozo, as the poison and extra longevity helps make up for the lowered damage output. (This doesn't exactly state why AV is better on Dondozo teams, can mention how the longevity allows it to set up more spikes.)

* With Glimmora getting access to Meteor Beam, it Glimmora can fully utilize its strong high Special Attack stat and good STABs as a sweeper damage dealer. (Glimmora isn't exactly sweeping teams.) Tornadus and Ogerpon-W are both good partners, Tornadus provides speed control with Tailwind and can launch powerful Bleakwind Storms into the Fighting-types that resist Meteor Beam, and Ogerpon-W having strong defensive and offensive synergy with Glimmora and redirecting potential Water or Ground-type attacks, as well as pressure threats like Urshifu-R and Landorus. In return, Glimmora can threaten Rillaboom which resists both Ogerpon-W's STABs. (Going over said synergy ideal.)

* While Poison/Rock is a great offensive typing, its terrible defensively, and Glimmora's poor defensive typing combined with Glimmora's Its middling bulk and average speed makes it very much Glimmora a glass cannon. Glimmora is weak to many prominent offensive threats such as Urshifu-R, Landorus, and Gholdengo. Glimmora also struggles to handle strong bulky Rock resists, such as Iron Hands, Kingambit, and even Urshifu-R, all of which resist Meteor Beam and hit Glimmora back hard. (You just said rock resists, mainly trimming unnecessary words.)

[SET COMMENTS]
* The set is centered around the move Meteor Beam. Meteor Beam is a nuke option, and against most neutral targets is devastating, picking up an OHKO on many neutral targets. (Repeating yourself.) The +1 Special Attack boost keeps allows Glimmora to outputting offensive pressure even after Meteor Beam Power Herb is used, and keeps Glimmora still being a threat and able to pick up knockouts. (Very Similar sentences.)

* Sludge Bomb is chosen as its the best Poison type move to utilize Glimmora's STAB, and (Sludge Bomb is a bit self-explanatory.) Earth Power is used as coverage to hit the Steel-types that resist Rock and Poison Glimmora's STAB combination. Energy Ball is also an option to utilize the Tera Grass STAB boost and to hit Urshifu-R and Ground types that resist Meteor Beam Meteor Beam resists like Urshifu-R, but requires better positioning around makes it so that Steel-types that resist all of Glimmora's attacks.

* The Special Attack investment hits the bump, and along with the Modest nature is necessary to pick up important kills. Guaranteeing an OHKOs on Landorus, Walking Wake, and Urshifu-R after Terrastilization, and even leave bulky targets like Farigiraf and Ogerpon-W in the red. The OHKO on Landorus and Urshifu turns the HO match up completely on its head, especially with proper support.

* The Defense investment is enough to guarantee a live from surviving max Attack Rillaboom Wood Hammer and a positive roll on the Kingambit Iron Head. On the special side, (AC) you live most Gholdengo Make it Rain and Latias Mist Ball. The rest of the EVs are invested into Speed, which is enough to outspeed most Rillaboom allows Glimmora to outspeed Choice Scarf Landorus-T when in tailwind.

* Both tera Water and Grass are viable, and have their own benefits and drawbacks. Tera Water has having a stronger neutral match up into most teams Pokemon, but has less relevant resistances. Tera Grass has more resistances to better synergy with Glimmora's weaknesses original typing and a Spore immunity, however, (AC) has much more weakness to common threats.

[SET COMMENTS]
* Mortal Spin is used as the final move as a more consistent method to spread poison, and not be as reliant on Toxic Debris. Energy Ball is also a strong option as Terastilization boost can make up for the lower damage compared to Earth Power. (AP)

* The Assault Vest gives Glimmora much more longevity, as it allows it to comfortably tank special attacks while still dissuading physical attackers with the threat of toxic spikes. On teams where being able to spread poison is important, Assault Vest is a good option.

* The invested bulk allows Glimmora to live many strong Super Effective attacks, such as Choice Specs Gholdengo Make it Rain. As well, many neutral attacks are 3-4HKOes, such as making Choice Specs Flutter Mane Shadow Ball being a 3HKO and Protosynthesis Boosted Raging Bolt Thunder Clap being a 4HKO. (Avoid naming two many calcs) Many defensive calcs from the previous Meteor Beam set still hold, such as living a Wood Hammer from Rillaboom.

* Glimmora has traditionally been best on Dondozo teams, as the combination of Toxic Debris and its signature move Mortal Spin means your opponent is almost guaranteed nearly guarantees foes to be afflicted with poison, putting your opponent them on a timer. Especially considering Urshifu-R, a strong counter to Glimmora, sets up the full layer of spikes. The ubiquity of Urshifu-R makes this even more potent, as its Surging Strikes, although a great answer to Glimmora, sets up both layers of Toxic Spikes on its side of the field in the process of KOing Glimmora. Assault Vest on Glimmora is especially effective with on Dondozo teams, as the extra longevity helps it spread poison better and stall out even longer, making up for the lowered damage output.

* The set is centered around the move Meteor Beam. (this will be obvious when the set shows up on the dex) Meteor Beam against most neutral targets is devastating against most neutral targets. The Special Attack boost allows Glimmora to out put offensive pressure even after Power Herb is consumed. (this is kind of obvious yk? I'd rather say the boost greatly powers up any follow-up Sludge Bombs on things like Rillaboom, which it can potentially OHKO through AV)

* Earth Power is used as coverage to hit the Steel-types (AH) that resist Glimmora's STAB combination. (such as?) Energy Ball is also an option to utilize the Tera Grass STAB boost, and Alternatively, Energy Ball can be used in conjunction with the Grass Tera to hit Pokemon that resist Meteor Beam resists such as Urshifu-R; however, but this makes it so that Steel-types (AH) resist all of Glimmora's attacks.

The OHKOs on Landorus and Urshifu turns the HO Hyper Offense match up completely on its head, (for what teams?) especially with proper support. (not sure if this is important enough to keep. if it is, mention at least one Pokemon)

* The Defense investment is enough to guarantees that Glimmora survive a maximum Attack surviving max Attack Rillaboom Wood Hammer and also has a positive roll on the against Kingambit's Iron Head. On the special side, you Glimmora live survives most Gholdengo Make it Rain and Latias Mist Ball. * The set is centered around the move Meteor Beam. (There is a policy against starting a set with "This move is the crux of the set." This falls into a similar category.)
