Raikou @ Life Orb
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Rash Nature (+SAtk, -SDef)
- Aura Sphere
- Thunderbolt
- Extrasensory
- ExtremeSpeed
This things amazing not only is it good at killing the opponents lead it's good at all around sweeping, it does a lot, I'm stuck with the curse of a Rash nature but it hasn't really been all that bad because this Raikou is strong and can take a hit with decent 90/75/100- defenses.

Starmie @ Life Orb
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Surf
- Psycho Shock
- Recover
- Ice Beam
Starmie has gotten me so many late game kills it's not even funny. Does lots of damage, Recover, and then... DO MORE DAMAGE. It's amazing. I love it.

Shandera (M) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Energy Ball
- Flamethrower
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power [Ice]
Awesome revenge killer not only does it revenge kill but it's so strong it can stay in to kill some more :D.

Nattorei (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Iron Barbs
EVs: 184 HP / 28 Atk / 148 Def / 148 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Power Whip
- Claw Sharpen
- Gyro Ball
- Thunder Wave
Pretty good at taking hits I like it but I might wanna switch it's moves around a bit.

Bronzong @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 152 HP / 236 Def / 120 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Stealth Rock
- Gyro Ball
This thing is really good at sucking, it really sucks and I have barely done anything with it. I really want to replace it with something better. Perhaps a rapid spinner.

Rotom-W @ Choice Specs
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 240 HP / 8 Def / 252 SAtk / 8 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Shadow Ball
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Change
- Hydro Pump
This thing is slow, very slow, but it gets tons of 1HKOs with hydro pump and thunderbolt it's only problem is Quagsire but if I figure out what abillity it's running then I know how to handle it.

did you consider maybe running Calm Mind over Extremespeed, or is the priority that important, considering your attacking from the lower attack spectrum? And is aura sphere over hp fighting worth the meh nature?

Starmie @ Life Orb
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Surf
- Psycho Shock

Your fine here. I like the set, expecially the underestimated psyshock that surprises a lot of sp.d walls that come in thinknig they can wall you.

Shandera (M) @ Choice Scarf

Also Good stuff here. Since you are a revenge killer, I might recommend since your opting for timid over modest, run fire blast over flamethrower, just to give you a bit more oomph. depending on your team, you mighti want to also opt for HP fighting over ice, depending on how much trouble ttar gives you.
Nattorei (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Iron Barbs
EVs: 184 HP / 28 Atk / 148 Def / 148 SDef

I realize claw sharpen is there to stop power whip misses, but if you want to go pump route, I might suggest Curse over claw sharpen. Keeps gyro ball strong and boosts your already amazing defense.

Bronzong @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 152 HP / 236 Def / 120 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Stealth Rock
- Gyro Ball

Asuuming you don't want to waste a slot on starmie, Exadril is a really underestimated rapid spinner. Without the sand, his speed gets to 304 which may not seem a lot, but since sand is oh so commen, you can steel their boost and make him a champ. He is also a good partner for starmie as he resists all of star's weakness, except grass, and would take bronzong's spot pretty well.

Rotom-W @ Choice Specs
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 240 HP / 8 Def / 252 SAtk / 8 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Shadow Ball

- Hydro Pump

I personally would only run volt change if you running scar, but that's just me. Also, anyone competent in OU is only running unaware quagsire so keep that in mind. Water absorb is nice and all, but being able to switch in on exadril/garchomp/ other stat booster is really nice. I might recommend changing volt change for trick, just to cripple walls or quagsire if he really worries you. Otherwise, this seems like a specifically ev trainted rotom, so I will leave that to your discretion.

Great team though. It looks promising, and the fact that it is nonweather gives me hope.

RMT rules said:
3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.

Take a look at the RMT archive to see what kind of descriptions we are looking for. PM me the fixed descriptions and I'll unlock this thread.
