What is the bug?
Jynx, Electabuzz, and Magmar validate as being illegal for being under level 30 in Gen 1 Tradebacks even though theyre obtainable below level 30 legally in-game.
Jynx is available as low as 24 (Trade minimum level Poliwhirl in Cerulean City), Electabuzz (GS Route 10) is available as low as 15, and Magmar is available as low as 14 (GS Burned Tower), but even at or above these legal levels they are considered illegal if theyre below level 30.
It happens regardless of the moves they have so its not an issue with having an egg move that requires their preevolutions to be evolved
