XY Ubers Fuck Xerneas. Just needed to say that.

Ok lets start with groudon, if you want dual dance set, try swords dance, rock polish, stone edge, earthquake. Should hit most things really hard if you can get both set ups done and the edgequake combo gives great coverage.

Try swords dance instead of dragon dance on rayquaza. Give it dragons ascent(you can still have that move, just no mega evolving) extremespeed, and earthquake for coverage.

Have you tried running zekrom instead of kyurem-black? If his main job is kyogre check, stab bolt strike with a choice band would hit harder. I realize these aren't great calcs since who runs 252 hp 252 def kyogre, but still look at the power from zekrom.
252 Atk Choice Band Teravolt Zekrom Bolt Strike vs. 252 HP / 252 Def Kyogre: 600-708 (148.5 - 175.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Teravolt Kyurem-B Fusion Bolt vs. 252 HP / 252 Def Kyogre: 226-268 (55.9 - 66.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Specs Palkia works well too, but it depends on how offensive you want that to be.

sleep talk heracross is cool, but maybe not leftovers as an item. You could give him a choice scarf, or a better option might be a life orb.

Give Ho-oh leftovers and go sub, roost, brave bird, sacred fire. That is the standard set, and change his ability to regenerator as well.

Hello Antimattle. It is evident from your team that you're very new to the Gen VI Ubers metagame. Your team needs quite a bit of rework.

1. Funny how you have both Primal Groudon AND Ho-Oh yet claim GeoXern to be your biggest threat. In XY, GeoXern is such a ubiquitous sweeper, but in OR/AS it ran into Primal Groudon which is a very excellent check that accomplishes many other things. If you still have trouble dealing with GeoXern, consider running a Specially Defensive version of Primal Groudon. At maximum investment, Primal Groudon takes only 56.4% maximum from +2 Moonblast (thanks to Fire resisting Fairy) and 71.7% from Hidden Power Ground or Focus Blast. That means you can switch in when Xerneas uses Geomancy, take a hit and use Roar on it. It's going to be very hard for Xerneas to set up again once its Power Herb is consumed. The added special bulk also makes switching into Primal Kyogre's Ice Beam and Hidden Power Ground a lot less painful. Groudon's physical bulk and offensive power are also very respectable even when uninvested.

If you want to stick with an offensive PDon, then having Bulk Up alongside Rock Polish is a waste. Rock Polish already allows you to outspeed pretty much the entire unboosted tier. You should be using that speed to hit things as hard as possible, instead of banking on the added Phys. Def to tank hits (PDon has no recovery, tanking unnecessary hits in general is a bad idea). Also, a Bulk Up set should be maximizing Sp. Def. investment, as the Physical side can use the +1 boost while specially with only base 90 Sp. Def, Primal Groudon is quite vulnerable.

2. Rayquaza's current moves are puzzling. Waterfall has no notable niche (Water hits many thing neutrally but doesn't hit enough things super effectively to warrant a spot as a coverage move for most sets); Outrage is a dangerous move to lock yourself into, particularly if there is a Fairy type on your opponent's team. I strongly recommend using Dragon Ascent as STAB and Earthquake as primary coverage. These two moves together has nearly unrivaled coverage.

3. Heracross is a very suboptimal Pokemon in Ubers and has no real niche. Its sole purpose is to counter Darkrai, and doesn't accomplish much else. There are Ubers Pokemon that handle Darkrai very well. Choice Band Ho-Oh with Sleep Talk is a very notable counter, as all of its attacking moves (Brave Bird, Sacred Fire and Earthquake) will OHKO Darkrai when backed by CB. Choice Scarf Xerneas with Sleep Talk, Moonblast, Megahorn and Focus Blast / Close Combat also accomplishes the same.

4. There isn't any reason to run Bulldoze over Earthquake on Ho-Oh, or Pressure over Regenerator. You're also wasting an item slot with Focus Sash, as Ho-Oh has fantastic bulk that should be utilized. Focus Sash is also an extremely weak choice with no Defog support. At 248 HP / 52 SpD, Ho-Oh can survive anything from a +2 GeoXern (even Thunder) when SR is not up, and hit back hard. Another possible set is the previously mentioned Choice Band set, that has the added bonus of checking Darkrai.

5. Looking at your team, it is pretty weak to Extreme Killer Arceus. It also lacks Defog support and hazard setters of your own. Here are quite a few possibilies to address these issues:
a) Having a support Arceus form that runs Judgment, Defog, Recover and Will-O-Wisp. Arceus Water and Grass can double as Primal Kyogre switch-ins. Arceus Rock, Steel and Ghost can check Ekiller to some extent;
b) Using specially defensive Ferrothorn. It sets Stealth Rock, checks Primal Kyogre very well and soft checks EKiller. It also checks GeoXern that lacks HP Fire, being able to withstand Focus Blast (I think) and OHKO with Gyro Ball. Although with the popularity of Primal Groudon, Ferrothorn is getting its niche squeezed a little;
c) Using a specially defensive Dialga. It serves as a Primal Kyogre switch-in and sets Stealth Rock. Against EKiller however it must fear Earthquake and can't do much in return.
d) Using physically defensive Giratina-O. It provides Defog support and checks Ekiller very well. It is somewhat weak to Primal Kyogre's Ice Beam, but can double as an emergency switch-in to Origin Pulse when Pyogre switches in on PDon.
e) Using physical tank Yveltal. It is able to check Ekiller Arceus, tanking its +2 Extreme Speed comfortably and OHKO with Foul Play. It also provides Taunt support and checks quite a few other threats, notably Mega Gengar and the Mewtwo forms.
If you opt for specially defensive PDon, then it can use Stealth Rock. Otherwise, you need to replace Palkia and Kyurem-B with two of the above, juggling to achieve these things at the same time: Defog support, Stealth Rock, a check to Extreme Killer Arceus and a switch-in to Primal Kyogre. Kyurem-B is a Pokemon better left in OU; Palkia with Assault Vest is just bad. You need to be either full on offensive with your Palkia (maybe Choice Specs), or you need to run Rest + Leftovers to be able to repeatedly come in on Kyogre without getting worn down. Also, for Kyruem-B, Zen Headbutt and Payback are both terrible coverage options, as they don't hit super effectively anything that your STAB does not already hit at least neutral. Your moves on Palkia are also suboptimal: the four attacks that Palkia should ever be running are Dragon (Spacial Rend, maybe Draco Meteor), Water (Hydro Pump; Surf if you don't like the accuracy or Scald if used on defensive sets), Electric to hit Kyogre (Thunder. Kyogre brings rain, so there's no reason to use Thunderbolt when Thunder has 100% accuracy) and Fire to nail Steel types (Fire Blast).

I would suggest you to look at some of the sample teams posted in this forum to get an idea on Ubers meta, or sign up with Smogon's tutor program. Here are all the sets that I just mentioned:

Alright. I do appreciate any criticism and suggestions after all. My team is full of coverage surprises making it unique.

The added special bulk also makes switching into Primal Kyogre's Ice Beam and Hidden Power Ground a lot less painful. Groudon's physical bulk and offensive power are also very respectable even when uninvested.

Why consider telling me to run a Specially Defensive Groudon if its going to lose half of its HP? GeoXern will just use Moonblast again and it will have gone to waste.

I use Bulk Up because if Rayquaza can have max speed and attack and have Dragon Dance at the same time, then I don't see why Groudon using Bulk Up to boost its physical stats isn't viable. Nonetheless I hear you on the lack of recovery, and I'll consider another option. But I think it works well tbh.

So the decrease in defenses from Dragon Ascent is better than having confusion but then being healed by the Lum Berry while still keeping the DD it already set up. Don't know why but I guess I'll go back to it.

3. Heracross is a very suboptimal Pokemon in Ubers and has no real niche. Its sole purpose is to counter Darkrai, and doesn't accomplish much else. There are Ubers Pokemon that handle Darkrai very well. Noted. I switched Bulldoze with Sleep Talk.

4. There isn't any reason to run Bulldoze over Earthquake on Ho-Oh, or Pressure over Regenerator. I didn't see it had Earthquake, so that's my fault. Again, I replaced it with Sleep Talk so its good. Also, I use the Sash to prevent any Rock types from OHKO'ing it.

c) Using a specially defensive Dialga. It serves as a Primal Kyogre switch-in and sets Stealth Rock. Against EKiller however it must fear Earthquake and can't do much in return.

Palkia can already do this pretty well. The Assault Vest boosts his Special Defense and his typing stops EQ from OHKO'ing.

Kyogre brings rain, so there's no reason to use Thunderbolt when Thunder has 100% accuracy) and Fire to nail Steel types (Fire Blast).

First off Palkia and Kyurem-B are arguably the most useful mons on my team. Kyurem-B already checks Primal Kyogre with Fusion Bolt. The beauty is that not many people know that Kyurem B is Ice as well as Dragon, so they're fooled into using Ice Beam which doesn't even go past 50%. It can even tank an Origin Pulse and return with Fusion Bolt. Payback is also very useful against Mega Gengar and Mega Mewtwo - since they normally outspeed Kyurem-B they hit him first, and if he survives (which he normally does at full HP) he strikes back at twice the power (50 x 2 = 100) and OHKO's both of them.

Palkia is great against other Primal Groudons - it can normally 2HKO with Spacial Rend. As well as Thunder which I've now replaced Thunderbolt to check Kyogre if Kyurem B is down. And yes, I use Surf for STAB + Accuracy. And since all four of his moves are damaging moves, the Assault Vest only benefits and boosts Special Defense while maintaining Special Attack.

Upon reading your post I made a few revisions which I already mentioned and swapped Heracross with:

Titanosaur (Garchomp) (M) @ Garchompite
Ability: Sand Veil
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 128 HP / 252 Atk / 128 Def
Impish Nature
- Aqua Tail
- Earthquake
- Brick Break
- Stealth Rock

Stealth Rock support. Full power on Attack, and mixed bulk. Mega Garchomp had its speed stat reduced, so there's not much point chucking 252 into Speed anymore.
