This combination allows it to cripple physical attackers heavily while retaining its great special bulk, and its low HP stat gives Flutter Mane huge Pain Split recovery. Tera Water lets Flutter Mane eat hits like Urshifu-R's Surging Strikes and Scizor’s Bullet Punch. Calm Mind helps Flutter Mane retain its sweeper status, while Shadow Ball provides a powerful dual STAB move combo with a Fairy-type attack, able to obliterate Gholdengo, Latios, and Metagross. Draining Kiss gives Flutter Mane much appreciated additional recovery, whereas Moonblast hits harder against foes like Jolly Booster Energy Roaring Moon, which Flutter Mane outspeeds with this EV spread, and lets it fish for Special Attack drops.

Got a suuuper minor wording nitpick since someone brought this up as confusing to me.

This sorta makes it sound like Calm Mind + Shadow Ball are the dual moves here rather than Shadow Ball + a Fairy STAB, maybe say "Shadow Ball provides a powerful dual STAB move combo with a Fairy attack" or something.
