I just searched it up, and it does indeed exist in Australia.
Idk why somebody would create cheese ice cream, but they did it. They even created macaroni and cheese ice cream, for some reason.

Used to be a thing in Austria, then wasn't, then was briefly again. I found it alright, I was a little disappointed by how little cheese flavor there actually was
