So I've got more used to the new metagame since my last RMT so for that reason I've changed my team round a bit and changed their roles slightly. Since there's some of the same Pokemon on the team that haven't changed much I'll just copy and paste what I said last time for them because of sheer laziness really.
Team Building
Since he's my favorite Pokemon I use Jolteon on all my teams and always build teams around him and because I'm so used to using him I know what support he needs in a team.
So Charizard X is still getting used on this team because he is just too damn strong and works well with Jolteon. When a Special Wall attempts to stall Jolteon out, Charizard X sweeps the floor with them easily.
This is where things have a changed around a bit. I decided to switch my Starmie for Greninja as I felt like Greninja was much more of a threat to teams than Starmie thanks to his Protean ability it's fun to fuck with peoples minds thanks to this ability and he's able to outspeed a bunch Pokemon so he he definitely fitted into the team well.
Since I got rid of Starmie I lost a Rapid Spinner which is vital for Charizard X and Excadrill is one of the best and Assault Vest makes him the bulkiest Spinner out there and he's a great great sweeper so it wasn't hard fitting him into the team.
My team was lacking walls and I knew I needed at least one to perform as a Staller and for that reason Gliscor remained in the team. Also I noticed I had 3 Pokemon were weak to Earthquake so I needed a resistant on my team.
Now Gengar's a funny one I've been switching with other Pokemon here and there. His main purpose is to resist Earthqauke and fighting types and sweep. However, I've been debating whether to switch him to Snorlax so I have a great Special Wall on the team and be able to use Stealth Rock on Excadrill however doing this will loose me a Earthquake resistant and make 3 of my Pokemon weak to fighting types so opinions on this would be good whether or not to change Gengar. Despite this he's still a great Pokemon on the team.
The Team
Greninja @ Life Orb
Ability: Protean
EV's: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
~ Hydro Pump
~ Ice Beam
~ Dark Pulse
~ U-turn
Sadly there's no good gif's for Greninja yet but this thing is just cool as fuck. The ability given to him is a good send I mean a STAB on every move is amazing not to mention the Life Orb boost along with his amazing speed. U-turn is a strong STAB that enables him to switch when needed. Hydro Pump deals with Fire and Ground types. Dark Pulse is for Ghost types. Ice beam is for dragons. Basically I love this guy he's a great sweeper and can be used at any point during battle, even at the start thanks to U-turn.
Excadrill @ Assault Vest
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 80 HP / 176 Atk / 252 SpD
Adamant Nature
~ Rapid Spin
~ Earthquake
~ Iron Head
~ Shadow Claw
This kind of Excadrill isn't used as much as it should be. With Assault Vets he easily becomes the bulkiest Rapid Spinner in the game and thanks to his base 135 attack he can sweep fast after disposing of entry hazards. STAB Earthquake deals with common threats including Rotom-W thanks to Mold Breaker and STAB Iron Head takes care of Fairies. Shadow Claw is for the Ghost that attempt to block Rapid Spin. Excadrill acts at the Special Tank and Rapid Spinner of this team and he does a great job.
Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EV's: 252 HP / 180 Def / 76 Spe
Impish Nature
~ Substitute
~ Toxic
~ Protect
~ Earthquake
Gliscor still remains a top tier pokemon right through to Gen VI and is still as great as ever. This set is fun to play around with and pisses the opponent off as they can rarely even get a hit in thanks to both Substitute and Protect. Toxic manages to take out the opponent slowly but surely and STAB Earthquake speeds up the process whilst helping him sweep faster and also get some damage in on Mega Lucario. There isn't really much to say about Gliscor except the fact he acts as the Physical Wall and this moveset is just fun as hell to play around with.
Gengar @ Black Sludge
Ability: Levitate
EV's: 252 SpA / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
~ Shadow Ball
~ Dazzling Gleam
~ Sludge Bomb
~ Substitute
This thing is deadly. With the introduction of fairy type moves, Gengar is now able to take down dragons which is truly a blessing for him as it gives him more opportunities to sweep more opponents. With both Substitute and Black Sludge Gengar is able to stall and sweep for longer without loosing much health which is the reason I chose Black Sludge over Life Orb as I think Gengar could do with the health increase rather than decreasing it even more. STAB Shadow Ball is obvious and can now cause neutral damage to steel types that won't pose as a problem much to Gengar anymore and for that reason Dazzling Gleam was chose over Focus Blast since taking out dragon types is now more important than covering steel types that are no longer a problem for him. Sludge Bomb is a great STAB move for him that manages to cover fairy types and it also has a 30% chance of poisoning the opponent which works really well as a combo with Substitute.
Charizard @ Charizardite X
Abitilty: Tough Claws
EV's: 252 HP / 4 HP / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
~ Dragon Dance
~ Flare Blitz
~ Dragon Claw
~ Earthquake
Charizard's mega evolution was truly a blessing. He is powerful as hell a threat to almost anytime he faces. Dragon Dance enables him to outspeed the majority of the pokemon thanks to having a Jolly nature not to mention his already high attack stat going straight through the roof. Flare Blitz is a powerful STAB that wipes out a vast majority of pokemon and works well with STAB Dragon Claw which is boosted thanks to Dragon Dance and thanks to his Tough Claws ability, these moves get given a 33% boost which makes him almost unstoppable. Earthquake is great to have as it can take care of most bulky fire resistants that are weak to ground and also for good prediction. He is also able to take care of the Mega Lucario threat which is beneficial for this team. Overall, Charizard X is just a God send.
Jolteon @ Life Orb
Ability: Volt Absorb
EV's: 252 SpA / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
~ Thunderbolt
~ Volt Switch
~ Shadow Ball
~ Hidden Power[Ice]
The star of the team! Jolteon works as the late game and Special Sweeper of the team once all the threats have been taken care of and he does this job with ease. For years I used Choice Specs on Jolteon, but found it difficult to sweep when being locked into one move and for that reason Life Orb is being used. Thunderbolt is there as the strong STAB move which also has a chance of the paralyzing the opponent and we also have STAB Volt Switch to get him out of situations he can't take care off. Shadow Ball deals with many ghost threats in the metagame, mainly Gengar. Lastly, we have Hidden Power[Ice] which takes care of dragon, ground and bulky grass threats that decide to make an appearance. Jolteon is an easy counter for Gyarados in this team and outspeeds and sweeps almost anything that comes it's way and for that reason he is a true powerhouse and key member of this team.

Since he's my favorite Pokemon I use Jolteon on all my teams and always build teams around him and because I'm so used to using him I know what support he needs in a team.
