[SET COMMENTS]
* Clear Amulet blocks the Special Defense drops from Sylveon's Fake Tears, Iron Moth's and Goodra's Acid Spray, and Magnezone's Metal Sound. Additionally, it also blocks the Special Attack drops from Bellibolt's Eerie Impulse and Walking Wake's Snarl.
* Calm Mind + Roost lets Espathra outlast and beat Sylveon, Magnezone, and Timid Choice Specs or Modest non-Choice Specs Iron Moth.
* Stored Power is the best damaging move for this set, as it pairs well with Calm Mind and Speed Boost to outdamage Bellibolt, Walking Wake, and Farigiraf. Clear Amulet prevents foes from lowering its power by removing Espathra's stat boosts.
* Protect gives Espathra a more reliable matchup against Modest Choice Specs Iron Moth, while Feather Dance lets Espathra beat Choice Band Dondozo and Choice Band Donphan.
* The general strategy with Clear Amulet Espathra is using the combination of Calm Mind, Protect or Feather Dance, and Speed Boost to increase Espathra's defensive capabilities, damage output, and Speed. Against Sylveon, for example, Espathra should use Calm Mind on the first turn and continue to use it until Espathra needs to use Roost, or until Stored Power will 2HKO Sylveon.
* If running Protect, Espathra can use it on the first turn to procure a Speed boost. This, for example, is useful against Iron Moth, as Modest Choice Specs variants might OHKO with Overheat if Espathra can't use Calm Mind beforehand. After this, however, Espathra can return to its general strategy to KO Iron Moth with Stored Power.

* Clear Amulet lets Espathra beat Sylveon by blocking the stat drop from Fake Tears. I'd add that it also blocks the SpA drop from Snarl Wake too since that can be quite annoying for Espathra.
* Calm Mind + Roost lets Espathra outlast and beat Sylveon, Timid Iron Moth, and Magnezone.
* Stored Power is the best damaging move for this set, as it pairs well with Calm Mind and Speed Boost to outdamage Bellibolt, Walking Wake, and Farigiraf.
* Feather Dance lets Espathra beat Choice Band Dondozo and Choice Band Donphan, while Protect gives Espathra a more reliable matchup against Modest Choice Specs Iron Moth. Feel free to remove the second Choice Band before Donphan if it flows better.
* Maximum Special Defense EVs and a Calm Nature allow Espathra to beat Sylveon and Walking Wake and have the best possible matchup against Iron Moth. Personally, I would get rid of this paragraph because you have already mentioned 1-2 times on how to beat each of those Pokemon.
* The general strategy with Clear Amulet Espathra is using a combination of Protect, Feather Dance, and Calm Mind in conjunction with Speed Boost to increase Espathra's defensive capabilities, damage output, and Speed. Against Sylveon, for example, Espathra should use Calm Mind on the first turn and continue to use it either until Espathra needs to use Roost or until Sylveon can be 2HKOed with Stored Power.
* Espathra can beat Skeledirge variants that do not have a Ghost-type move. However, it is important to play around Skeledirge's Encore and Blast Burn, which can be used in conjunction to beat Espathra after Skeledirge boosts its Special Attack with Torch Song. Should also note that most Skeledirge run Unaware, which allows them to beat Espathra even without Shadow Ball or Blast Burn. If anything, I'd remove this and replace it with a matchup that requires Feather Dance, like AV Azumarill, otherwise it feels like you're underselling the effectiveness of it.

* Calm Mind + Roost lets Espathra outlast and beat Sylveon, Timid Iron Moth modest AV moth also loses, incorporate this somehow imo, and Magnezone.
* Stored Power is the best damaging move for this set, as it pairs well with Calm Mind and Speed Boost to outdamage Bellibolt, Walking Wake, and Farigiraf.
* Feather Dance lets Espathra beat Choice Band Dondozo and Choice Band Donphan, while Protect gives Espathra a more reliable matchup against Modest Choice Specs Iron Moth.
* The general strategy with Clear Amulet Espathra is using a combination of Protect, Feather Dance, and Calm Mind in conjunction with Speed Boost to increase Espathra's defensive capabilities, damage output, and Speed I think protect -> speed boost should be exanded upon in its own bullet point above with at least one more example, it's not relevant here against sylv. Against Sylveon, for example, Espathra should use Calm Mind on the first turn and continue to use it either until Espathra needs to use Roost or until Sylveon can be 2HKOed with Stored Power. more generally, this bullet is a longer winded version of the calm mind bullet and could be removed imo

Stat-dropping moves are much more common in 1v1 than in most other formats, since foes cannot switch out to reset the drops. (optional)

Stored Power will 2HKO Sylveon. (using will over can is optional)
* If running Protect, Espathra can use it on the first turn to procure a Speed boost. This, for example, is useful against Iron Moth, as Modest Choice Specs variants have a chance to OHKO Espathra might OHKO with Overheat if Espathra is not able to can't use Calm Mind beforehand. After this, however, Espathra can return to its general strategy to KO Iron Moth with Stored Power.
