People have seemed to be rude on this forum, but I'll give it one more shot; this time with a VERY fun team, the Eeveelutions. I've always been fond of them, but just recently got around to making a team with them. It has GREAT synergy (as it very well should!), and, if used right, can be quite devastating. Though it seems to have a weakness to Scizor, I've found ways to combat it, and have won quite a bit with it. Anywho, enjoy, and don't be afraid to criticize.
FORGOT TO ADD THIS: This is a gen 4 team, so please don't compare it to a B/W team. I know, it's my fault for not mentioning that..

This is my lead, usually. Get of the trick on something that'll hopefully make a difference. Maybe force a switch for a free calm mind. Psychic will do A LOT of damage from this pokemon and HP Fire will take care of the crazy steel types that will haunt this team. May even be a OHKO on Scizor. Solid sweeper Trick setter-upper, which could end up being a game changing thing.

Okay, I'm gonna try this one out.. A Role-playing/Sweeping Jolteon. It can sub-up, T-wave, or just sweep with the pseudo Boltbeam combo. Sadly Jolteon can't learn Ice Beam in 4th gen... I think this will be a good surprise Jolteon. No one will expect it to be carrying T-wave, because it can already outspeed nearly everything. This could help cripple many pokemon that could harm this team, giving me a fair chance of taking them out. I'm thinking about cutting the speed EVs to 216 and adding in some HP/Def EVs, as it would still be able to outrun many things.

What more can be said about Vaporeon? Defensive and Special sponge. This one runs Toxic over Ice Beam, which I think is very useful. With the whole toxi-stall plus Wish Protect, It can wall beyond end. It's a wall that can take down walls and have the power from a stabbed surf to take down sweepers. It cripples many teams so much, the sweepers, and this team has a great sweeping potential, can come out. Great roll player for any team really.

This Pokemon really does suck... It's mainly on here, because I think it helps the team better than Glaceon. Usually, I go with the band, but I Sometimes use Life Orb; They're interchangeable on this one, I guess. Fire Fang gets stab and can pack a punch, and works well with the band set. Return gets a good hit from its 394 attack. Bite.... Well... For Ghosts, I guess. Really an awful, awful move. The move pool is just so shallow, I had to pick it. Superpower takes care of Rock/Steel/Ice, and also hits big. Flareon is good to help take out the pesky Scizor, if used right.

Look familiar? Yeah, almost the same as Vaporeon, but this time it's a special wall, and what a good job it does of that! I can't decide whether or not to swap out Protect for Curse, but for now, I'm liking protect. It's good to have two great offsetting walls on a team, and Umbreon makes a great compliment to Vaporeon. With 394 special def, It can wall pretty much all of the special sweepers, get a toxic off on a switch, or the sweeper, and sit and stall some more with protect. Payback is used, since Umbreon has a pretty bad attack stat. Gets stab and can be very powerful. Wish can also be used with it to heal damaged sweepers, if needed. Probably the best role player on my team.

Last, but not least (Flareon is probably least), Leafeon. The only physical sweeper. Backed with Life Orb and Swords Dance, It's gonna do a lot of damage. It has good type coverage with its three attacks. The cool thing about leafeon is that it has a pretty good defense, even without EVs thrown into it, so it can actually swtich in and set up! Good sweeper, what more can I say...
Sorry for you Glaceon fans! I like Glaceon (the least, but I like it enough), but I think it can only really shine in an Ice team. I know this team may not bring down the house every match, but it's fun, and can take down damn near anything! If someone isn't running a Scizor, they better watch out. I really think it's all how you use it, and how good you are at predicting your opponent. Separate, the Eeveelutions don't really do much, except Jolteon, Vaporeon, and Umbreon, but together, they really do work! It's like Gamefreak really set down and put time into making these have perfect synergy.
