SV OU Dragon dance Dragonite team (help needed)

Hello! Dragonite is one of my favorite pokemon and i decided to make a team around him and i liked playing dragonite with dragon dance. So i came up with this team. I am quite new to competitive pokemon and i dont quite fully understand teambuilding yet so any and all help would be greatly appreciated. If possible please suggest any changes to this team or even pokemon that i should watch out for. So anyways here's the team

Dragonite @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Multiscale
Tera Type: Normal
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Extreme Speed
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch

This is the pokemon which this team is built around. Dragonite sets up dragon dance and sweeps the opponent's team. I went for a tera normal extreme speed variant as its really good and its what most dd dragonite seem to be running. Fire punch is for coverage against ice types.

Rotom-Wash @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Trick
- Thunderbolt

Rotom-W is here to check unaware walls like dondozo and skeledirge who could wall dragonite even after setup. rotom can also cripple these mons with trick. it can can also volt switch to gain momentum against such walls.

Grimmsnarl @ Light Clay
Ability: Prankster
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Light Screen
- Reflect
- Taunt
- Parting Shot

grimmsnarl is here to set up screen for an already bulky dragonite, guaranteeing that dragonite can dragon dance multiple times. It also allows iron valiant to come in safely and set up (if needed). I went with taunt over something like spirit break so that i could prevent something like sticky web from being setup which i was seeing everywhere.

Gholdengo @ Choice Specs
Ability: Good as Gold
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Make It Rain
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Dazzling Gleam

gholdengo is quite useful on this team as it not only absorbs will-o-wisp and thunder waves for dragonite but is also a powerful special wallbreaker taking down any troublesome physical walls for dragonite to rampage freely. It also prevents hazards from being removed which helps out a ton.

Glimmora @ Focus Sash
Ability: Toxic Debris
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Mortal Spin
- Earth Power
- Energy Ball

I went with a standard glimmora lead to set up rocks and sometimes toxic spikes with its ablility. Mortal spin allows me to remove hazards and poison foes. I was deciding between great tusk and glimmora for due to their ability to remove hazards for dragonite, but i chose glimmora (let me know if this was a good decision), as a lot of mons on my team were weak to fairy and i could get another resist through glimmora.

Iron Valiant @ Booster Energy
Ability: Quark Drive
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Spirit Break
- Knock Off
- Encore

last but not least, i went with a swords dance build for iron valiant. it benefits from having a bulky mon like dragonite on the team and can take care of opposing dragon pokemon like dragonite or dragapult and others. It also provides some speed control and can act as a wallbreaker or sweeper. screens support from grimmsnarl further boosts iron valiants sweeping potential. i went with encore instead of a fighting move like close combat as it can provide opportunities for iron valiant and even dragonite to set up.
