SS OU Dragapult Carry Team

I created this team from scratch, first team I made after my long break from Pokémon Showdown, a lot has changed since I stopped playing. I've played a bunch of duels with my friends and I won all of them. I only played 1 real game with this team and I won it.

Dragapult @ Choice Specs
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Draco Meteor
- U-turn
- Flamethrower

I wanted to find a powerful wallbreaker/sweeper. I chose Dragapult because of its amazing offensive stats and speed. I thought Dragapult would be a good pick and a good Pokémon to build my team on. I just chose to use these standard moves for Dragapult, nothing out of the ordinary.

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 128 SpD / 128 Spe
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Lava Plume
- Earth Power
- Stealth Rock
- Taunt

I chose Heatran because of the good utility he provides for the team. Originally, I intended him as a counter for Kartana but after playing some games with him. It seems like he gets deleted by Kartana pretty fast with Sacred Sword.

Rillaboom @ Choice Band
Ability: Grassy Surge
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Wood Hammer
- Grassy Glide
- U-turn
- Knock Off

I think Rillaboom is an amazing pick with Dragapult. With its high attack, decent speed and some good coverage. Plus Grassy Surge + Grassly Glide, I think he's a good revenge killer and adds more to the wallbreaking core of the team.

Tornadus-Therian (M) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hurricane
- Knock Off
- U-turn
- Defog

Tornadus-Therian seemed like a good pick for the team. I mainly picked him because he could use defog to clear any hazards since Dragapult is very frail. My plan was to Defog first, then U-turn to switch him out to use his ability most effeciently.

Crawdaunt @ Life Orb
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Naughty Nature
- Crabhammer
- Knock Off
- Aqua Jet
- Close Combat

Crawdaunt seemed like a good pick, with Life Orb + Adaptability, it seems like he could do some insane damage to some Pokémon like Tyranitar, Clefable, etc. Plus, Aqua Jet could pick some weakened Pokémon off easily. I could've picked Choice Band but, I remember someone telling me not to use Choice (Band, Specs, Scarf) on two Pokémon in the same team.

Excadrill @ Leftovers
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Toxic
- Rapid Spin

I would use Excadrill for utility to further wear down some Pokémon so Dragapult could easily sweep them without a sweat. I would use Rapid Spin in Excadrill if Tornadus-Therian died since he is quite squishy. Also, I would use him like a tank since my team lacked some bulkiness.

Like I said, I made this team two days ago and have been battling my friends with it. It seems like a good team since I haven't lost with these team against my friends. Also, It's been about 2 years or so since I stopped playing Pokémon Showdown. But, I'm ready to learn all that I need to learn since Sword and Shield came out and I don't know the meta anymore. I think the team could use some improvements since I think the team lacks coverage on Flying-types and Fighting-types. Whoever reads this probably has more experience in Pokémon Showdown than I have so I thought I could go here to show you guys my team. OPEN TO ANY CRITICISM/SUGGESTIONS!

I haven't tested the team yet, but I'm noticing specs Kyurem hits all the Pokemon on your team Supereffectively with Earth Power and Ice Beam/Freeze-Dry and will be hard to switch into. Off of the top of my head, Blissey could switch into Kyurem as long as it isn't a Specs Fblast. Maybe swap for tran, it gives you rocks and tran doesn't even do the job it was intended to

Lorb Crawdaunt should be SD, only use 4 attacks when it's Band

I personally would never use :Excadrill: or :Crawdaunt: on any team of mine and If i was running :Dragapult i would run this set.

You need to swap :Excadrill: for something like :Garchomp: or :Landorus-Therian: And if you want another physical water mon (which i don't suggest either) i would at least go for :Gyarados:
Your team also lacks walls so your gonna need something like :Ferrothorn: to find fire type moves to swap into ur :Heatran: with.\
I suggest this :Ferrothorn: set

Ferrothorn (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SpD
Careful Nature
- Knock Off
- Leech Seed
- Thunder Wave
- Protect

It is good for crippling opponents as well as providing more passive healing to ur team alongside grassy surge.Trust me :Ferrothorn: puts in the work.

Joe if you need help building a team i can help you just tell me what you want your core to be and i can make it happen.Just no :Crawdaunt: .I may be able to do :Excadrill: on a sand team but nothing else.

I would usually say every problem I have in my head about a team but for now I'll leave it at "why does Crawdaunt have Naughty when it should be running Adamant/Jolly, and why is it using 4 attacks" because I have rated two others today. Maybe more later :blobnauseated:
