nature: Jolly
evs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

* Fishious Rend is the reason to use Dracovish. It is one of the strongest attacks in the metagame, easily OHKOing the likes of Incineroar, Nihilego, and Dynamaxed Landorus-T at doubled power.

* Psychic Fangs is useful for hitting Amoonguss, which can redirect Fishious Rend. It can also shatter screens from Grimmsnarl or Gigantamax Lapras, which can be extremely useful for it and offensive partners like Zapdos and Cinderace.

* Ice Fang lets Dracovish hit Water-resistant Pokemon like Rillaboom and Dragapult, though Crunch can be used for more damage on the latter.

* Rock Slide allows Dracovish to fish for flinches in desperate situations, as it often moves first. Dragon Rush is Dracovish's best way to hit Dragon-types like opposing Dracovish and Kingdra, though its accuracy means it isn't extremely reliable.

* Strong Jaw lets Dracovish get the most damage out of Fishious Rend, and typically it can afford to run Choice Scarf to outspeed Cinderace, Landorus-T, and Spectrier without relying on other means of speed control. Sand Rush sets are effective when paired with Tyranitar for an extremely useful Speed boost, as it can outspeed Pokemon like Dragapult and +1 Landorus-T, which Choice Scarf cannot do; however, Choice Band is the recommended item to make up for the lack of a Strong Jaw boost. It is worth noting that maximum invested Jolly Dracovish outspeeds Regieleki in sand, which Adamant fails to do.

move 4: Protect
item: Mystic Water
ability: Strong Jaw

evs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

* Fishious Rend is what makes Dracovish threatening. At full power, it is capable of OHKOing numerous Dynamaxed threats like Landorus-T and Charizard.

* Ice Fang is the best complementary move to Fishious Rend, hitting common Water-resistant Pokemon like Dragapult, Venusaur, and Rillaboom for super effective damage.

* Substitute is useful for keeping Dracovish safe from Intimidate and Fake Out, which are common methods used to check it.

* Strong Jaw and Mystic Water are both important for ensuring Fishious Rend's damage output stays high, while 252 Speed EVs and a Jolly nature let it outspeed Modest Heatran.

Dracovish is a weird mon in that you can interchange every mention of Dracovish with Fishious Rend and it still makes sense. I sort of combined Fishious Rend and the overview point into one because of this but lmk if you'd rather have it done differently.

(Consider noting that 252 Speed Jolly Dracovish outspeeds max Speed Regieleki in sand by 1 point (278 vs 277). Also, you used "lets" at the beginning of three of these, so maybe consider changing it up, for example in the last one it could be "allows" instead).

Overall comments: Looks fantastic! I agree with how you combined Fishious Rend, the only reason to use Dracovish is Fishious Rend so it makes sense to put it front and center.

[SET COMMENTS]

* Fishious Rend is the reason to use Dracovish. It is one of the strongest attacks in the metagame, easily OHKOing the likes of Incineroar, Nihilego, and Dynamaxed Landorus-T (I think that specifying might be helpful because you did in the second point).

* Rock Slide lets Dracovish fish for flinches in desperate situations, as it often moves first. Dragon Rush is Dracovish's best way to hit Dragon-types like opposing Dracovish and Dragapult (Referring to my comment below here for Dragapult and also I think that referencing other Dracovish is tough because it's a bit coinflippy in that case in terms of speed ties), though its accuracy means it isn't extremely reliable. (Consider adding Kingdra to the Dragon-types list here). (I know Dragapult is super relevant, but I don't want to repeat if possible. Kingdra isn't a bad add, neither is Garchomp)

* Strong Jaw lets Urshifu Dracovish get the most damage out of Fishious Rend, and typically it can afford to run Choice Scarf to outspeed Cinderace, Landorus-T, and Spectrier without relying on other means of speed control. (Something in me wants to mention Tailwind as an enabler to Dracovish as kind of an overview, but I definitely agree that the two are basically synonymous in that context.)

QC 1/1, good check ttr just a few points I wanted to also expand on but I'm very happy with this :)
