  • Follow all rules listed here.​
  • Schedule via Smogon VMs. It's easier for me to make decisions for activity calls when I can actually see what went down with scheduling.​
  • If you are unable to schedule with your opponent, please let your managers know ASAP so they can communicate that to me or the other team's managers for a potential substitute.​
  • Substitutions may be made after a week has started. When making a substitution, please tag myself, the managers of the opposing team, and all of the players affected by the substitute to ensure that everyone is made aware. Players who have already played in the week or were subbed out in the same week cannot be subbed back in.​
  • If a match remains incomplete by the time of the deadline, it will be subject to an activity call.​
  • Replays are mandatory. Not only are they useful for confirming wins, they contribute to usage stats and allow the people who couldn't watch the games live to watch them later.​
  • Managers: Please send me your lineups in the same format that I used to post pairings. It makes it much easier to post future rounds more quickly.​

Score for DPP OU: 15W / 6L / 3 invalid - Insane predicts I've gotten, and if it weren't for posting so late, I'd have gotten two more. Because of preparation for the exam, I'll keep these shorts till later weeks for future predicts.


DPP OU: London Beats vs Mendeez (40:60) - Mendeez debut took some time, but that's one of the most underrated DPP players I think of. He just gets unlucky whenever I see his games lmao. Regardless, his experience and intuition are all he needs to win here IMO unless a rlly bad team or a bad MU.
DPP OU: Eden vs Rubyblood (60:40) - Rudy didn't play badly, but still got caught by those types of sets that would be reachable if you played a lot of DPP ladder. Similarly, Eden may just throw off Rubyblood's lack of experience again and win it from there tbh...
DPP OU BO3: PDC vs Mishimono (55:45) - Liked how Mishimono played vs Void and I cheer them for winning actually, but PDC has been on a run and not sure if Mishi is capable of halting his momentum. Regardless, this is gonna be a fun one to watch for Mishimono getting the right prep and how PDC will respond to Mishimono's bulky offense with strong defensive typing synergy.

DPP OU: Larry vs watashi - Honestly expected Larry to take this one, but damn Watashi had an excellent performance this game.
DPP OU: Violet River vs Tizio Potente Ao (55:45) - If someone could inform Violet River about any subniche/specific sets that would look good vs their teams because I s2g the sets Tizio brings are something very specific in prep, and often something that would work sudden things but kinda falls apart bc they take a huge neglection(Dridri moment). It's that type of sets like HP Fire Suicune, EQ Latias, or such that feels like "bro that's so corny wtf" kinda mood. If Violet covers that she's winning this pretty hard, and if not well, Tizio may still lose bc they got that mon/core that randomly solo's their entire team lmfao.
DPP OU BO3: Pkel SweeTforU vs Void (52:48) - Either Pkel is winning this barely, or Void is going to make Pkel tilt af after this set. Void isn't gonna bring some unorthodox, nor do I think he's capable of playing those based on the scouting I did on him at SPL. Pkel's prepping will respond well vs Void for what he has been bringing atm, but it will be a close set because I can also see Void punishes somehow Pkel's sequences/greed, while Pkel may get some soul reads.

DPP OU: TyCarter vs Twash (55:45) - I believe Twash has been bringing old teams in the past weeks. And since I know Tycarter is a hard-working player because that mf can't stop yapping DPP crap on my DMs, I'm more confident TyCarter finds a way to respond to Twash's style.
DPP OU: Don Eduardo vs DugZa (65:35) - Better player, better teams, more experience, and gonna make better plays to prevent DugZa from getting the sequences he wants in the game is what I expect from Kenix. DugZa didn't do many bad plays from last week, but maybe he can make some great reads in case he's at a disadvantage, because he does not make good enough plays to cover himself from a disadvantage. But based on how DugZa set up the sequences, I feel like he's gonna have a lot of problems covering the endgame since it looks to be his most vulnerable where he lacks nuances on how what last mon will be n such.
DPP OU BO3: Christos vs Triangles (60:40) - Triangles played great last week, but I think Christos is still taking this one as long as he doesn't get too complacent on the cores he has been bringing bc that's how it felt like PDC took advantage of that aspect.

DPP OU: BIG WILL vs Lazuli (45:55) - Higkhey it should feel like a 70:30 MU for Lazuli based on preference from both of these two players, but Big Will has been impressing me that I gotta put some respect to his name. But I'd still bet on Lazuli because they're always consistent enough that it's hard to predict against him unless vs the Top DPP players.
DPP OU: 199 Lives vs Sheik : (40:60) - 199 lives is going to have a rude awakening when the habits and experience from ladder are gonna backfire on him because Sheik knows the layers as well. You could call this another ladder matchup, for better or worse. Anyway, whoever is winning here will be very clear when it comes to the mid-game positions since I think both of their endgame paths tend to be very straightforward and often lacking comeback factor imo.
DPP OU BO3: Pideous vs SFG (60:40) - I'm not gonna even try suggesting what Eve is going to bring vs SFG at this point because her prep is often layered that SFG genuinely has to take some sort of self-scout on sudden patterns that can be exploited. NGL for SFG, maybe hit up DBC and create some of the most fire offense teams that's good vs Eve because I'm tired of seeing Eve getting away by using similar mon structures. Despite having a lot of different sets and purposes, most teams of Pideous share some sort of defensive typing synergy that feels like that could be disrupted IMO, but then again, that's just me based on my instincts after seeing her games.

DPP LC: Elfuseon vs Tazz - Feel like Tazz is gonna make a comeback now ngl.
DPP LC: Hacker vs Brammi - Claimed Hacker isn't winning till week 5, and I'll continue betting against him till that week comes out.
DPP LC: Reggg vs Quinn - Personally I'd want to see Quinn win, but I've a feeling Reggg is ready for Machop and maybe Chinchou I think??? Idk Reggg builds shit that challenges the overall meta while Quinn brings good but reused teams so I'm feeling confident on Reggg.
DPP LC: Mayopockets vs PigWarrior19 - I like how Mayopockets is playing rn, and I think they have enough upperhand vs PigWarrior to win this week imo.
