INTRODUTION:
Ever since ADV RU has took off within the RU community and became a successful tier, it was only a matter of time before DPP UU's VR would be updated and a new RU would be born. Like ADV RU, DPP RU is an extension of DPP NU with some of UU's more flawed Pokemon from B tier down. Due to the tier's recent spark of interest and with early bans to ensure quality gameplay, we are having our first tour to kick off the birth of another old generation RU!!!
BASIC RULES:
- All games will be played in accordance with all standard DPP NU rules and clauses. Except...
- Only UUs of B Rank are allowed to be used (in addition to NU and NUBL pokemon being allowed). Hippopotas and Snover however are banned.
