DOUBLE PENETRATION
INTRO
Hello ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls. Today I will be bringing you my first doubles RMT as a doubles mentor. Doubles is a great tier, mostly because it takes a lot more thinking and strategy into account than than most other tiers. Additionally, stall is considered a gimmick which is pretty cool. Thus, the viable strategies will always involve new and creative ways of killing things instead of spamming wish. This team actually originated as a triples team, but since the triples ladder is dead 90% of the time, I decided to use it in doubles and wham. (also a team named triple penetration would be a bit over the top)

cute user finally introduced me to the godly core that is keldeo-skymin. keldeo kills skymin's counters and vise versa.
needing an intimidate user that i could name "dickbutt", the obvious choice was landoge.
in need of a really badass mega that sports unexpected spread moves to pick off targets that keldeo/skymin couldnt take out, i went with the hot mega gengar.
i also wanted an offensive steel type that assisted gengar in killing cresselia, so i adopted the ever-so-badass bisharp.
finally, the team was lacking a reliable defensive pivot that could check mega kang, so i used the horniest of the horny, ferrothorn.

Ability: Justified
252 SpA | 4 SpD | 252 Spe
Timid Nature
Scald | Secret Sword | Protect | Icy Wind
Keldeo is part one of the keldeo-skymin core. It mainly acts as coverage support if not another powerhouse alongside Shaymin-Sky. Keldeo eliminates threats to skymin such as Mamoswine, Kyurem-B, Abomasnow, and basically any other ice type with Secret Sword. The use of Icy Wind allows keldeo to pick off low-health opponents and do some hefty damage to threats like Garchomp, Thundurus, and Landorus as well as lowering the opponent's speed to enable easy elimination of the aforementioned opponent. Scald can be swapped for Hydro Pump to ensure that Heatran dies the first time, but personally, I prefer scald's 100% accuracy and burn chance.
pZ (Shaymin-Sky) @ Life Orb
Ability: Serene Grace
252 SpA | 4 SpD | 252 Spe
Timid Nature
Air Slash | Seed Flare | Protect | Earth Power
Part two of the keldeo-skymin core, skymin is one of the best special attackers in the tier. It has insane speed coupled with insane special attacking stats and access to an extremely useful movepool. Seed Flare has a base power of 120, rivaled only by solarbeam and bypassed only by frenzy plant (lol). When used by Skymin, seed flare gains an impressive STAB boost and proceeds to breaks down powerful walls that dont resist it, such as Cresselia. Air Slash acts mainly as support towards Keldeo, boasting an impressive 60% flinch chance after the serene grace boost and eliminating pokemon that resist Keldeo's STAB attacks, such as Amoongus, Venusaur, and more. Earth Power is a useful move that can be used to attack unsuspecting Heatrans if Keldeo isn't on the field or needs to attack something else like a Ferrothorn.

Sludge Wave | Shadow Ball | Protect | Disable
In need of a powerful trapper that takes advantage of certain spread moves to pick off remaining low-health enemies, Mega Gengar appealed to me with Sludge Wave. While a rather unexpected choice for the likes of a mega gengar, it still works in conjunction with steel type supporters (bitcharp and ferrothorn) whom are immune to poison type moves. Shadow Ball is your simple everyday STAB attacking move, only hits one opponent, although its primary use is to eliminate cresselia and other psychic type trick room starters as quickly as possible. Disable is another move choice that is somewhat out-there but is also able to be replaced with Will-o-Wisp or even Destiny Bond if you're feeling frisky. The purpose of disable is to prevent the opponent from being able to use sucker punch, mostly.

Adamant Nature
Sucker Punch | Knock Off | Iron Head | Protect
In need of offensive support to Mega Gengar that is immune to sludge wave, resistant to intimidate spam, having the potential to get rid of sylveon/gardevoir/fairy spam, and capable of assisting in eliminating cresselia, Bisharp is the only pokemon that fits the duty hehehehe he said duty. Sucker Punch is the basic STAB priority move bisharp usually carries, it supports gengar by allowing for swift dispatch of other, faster ghost or psychic types such as other gengars or deoxys-attack. Iron Head easily kills the fairy hyper voice spammers (sylveon/gardevoir) that plague the team. Knock Off is another basic STAB move, but its purpose there is to, again, aid in killing cresselia and do a hefty chunk of damage to landorus-t after the defiant boost.

Adamant Nature
Earthquake | Rock Slide | U-turn | Protect
Like I mentioned before, Landorus-T is the obvious go-to for an intimidate user thanks to its typing, access to spread moves, and that it can be named "dickbutt." Earthquake can be used alongside shaymin-s as means to pick off low-health targets that skymin could not fully kill. Rock Slide is a useful utility option to provide a method of killing pesky flying types that Keldeo nor Skymin can easily get rid of, such as talonflame, charizard-y, aerodactyl (or something), and thundurus. U-turn is a helpful addition to landorus' moveset that allows it to keep momentum and enable it to switch out on shadow tag users like gothorita or mega gengar.

Ability: Iron Barbs
252 HP | 4 Atk | 252 Def
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
Leech Seed | Thunder Wave | Protect | Gyro Ball
Finally, the defensive go-to of the team, Ferrothorn. Ferrothorn probably the only pokemon on the team able to fully take on the likes of mega kangaskhan. Leech Seed is a useful means of recovery and also deals residual damage on the opponent, letting mega gengar take them out much more easily. Thunder Wave is a good status option that slows down faster opponents that threaten keldeo, such as other skymins, thundurus, tornadus (or something), etc. Gyro Ball is ferrothorn's only means of attacking if taunted, and also helps get rid of faster fairies like mega gardevoir.

Thundurus is annoying with prankster twave and outspeeds/kills keldeo, skymin cant kill thundurus easily

Trick Room fucks me (or penetrates hehehehehehe) and Porygon2 is the most effective setter against the team, weak only to keldeo's STAB secret sword.

Talonflame puts pressure on the keldeo-skymin core, since its able to kill either one of them with priority brave bird.
