Deoxys is one of Ubers UU's best wallbreakers thanks to its great mixed attacking and Speed stats and deep coverage movepool that allows it to threaten most of the tier. Superpower deals good damage to Pokemon that resist Psycho Boost such as Arceus-Dark, Dialga, and Magearna. Shadow Ball hits Giratina and Psychic-types like Mewtwo, Hatterene, opposing Deoxys, and Solgaleo. Extreme Speed allows Deoxys to pick off low health priority and Choice Scarf users or such as Palafin, Kyurem-W, and Chi-Yu. Alternatively, Knock Off allows Deoxys to secure KOs on Pokemon like Spectrier and specially defensive Solgaleo. Tera Psychic is generally preferred to boost the power of Deoxys's Psycho Boost, although Tera Ghost and Tera Fighting can be viable options, with the former boosting the power of Shadow Ball and providing a nifty immunity to Extreme Speed and the latter allowing Deoxys to beat Kingambit and Arceus-Dark. Deoxys fits best on offensive teams looking for a strong and reliable revenge killer and wallbreaker. Bulkier walls like Magearna, Giratina, and Solgaleo can take an attack from Deoxys and OHKO it or chip away at it by setting up entry hazards and letting it take Life Orb damage, so Pokemon like Chi-Yu, Arceus-Dark, and Landorus that can deal with these threats are nice. Great Tusk is a notable partner; Deoxys deals with Pokemon like Mewtwo, Kyurem-W, and Clefable that Great Tusk potentially struggles with, and in return, Great Tusk deals with Pokemon like Kingambit and Arceus-Fire. Deoxys also appreciates having a teammate that can pivot it into the game safely; thus, Magearna, Solgaleo, Landorus-T, and Palafin all make excellent partners.
