[SET COMMENTS]

With a good set of supportive moves like Wide Guard to protect against damaging spread moves and a typing that can check various Pokemon in the metagame like Zamazenta-C and Urshifu-R, Pelipper can be a good supportive option for a team. Pelipper's ability Drizzle is also very important, as rain allows it to check threats such as Koraidon. Weather Ball and Hurricane are great STAB moves to have, as they benefit from rain and remove Pokemon like Incineroar and Urshifu-R. Protect is helpful for blocking Fake Out; Helping Hand supports Pelipper's teammates and lets them to dish out huge damage; and Tailwind provides speed control for Pelipper and its teammates. Rocky Helmet punishes Urshifu-R while also being helpful for chip damage, breaking Focus Sash held by Pokemon like Meinshao and Chien-Pao. Safety Goggles provides an immunity to Spore and Rage Powder from Amoonguss, and Covert Cloak gives Pelipper an immunity to Fake Out flinches from Incineroar and Rillaboom. The EV spread allows Pelipper to outspeed the Ogerpon formes under Tailwind and survive a Wood Hammer from Rillaboom or a Moonblast from Choice Specs Flutter Mane. The Special Attack investment is used to OHKO Incineroar and Groudon under rain. Tera Ghost gives Pelipper an immunity to Fake Out, while Tera Grass is a good defensive Tera type that lets it resist Electric- and Grass-type moves like Wood Hammer and Volt Switch while also gaining an immunity to powder moves like Spore and Rage Powder. Tera Dark makes Pelipper immune to Prankster Taunt from Whimsicott and Tornadus and resists Astral Barrage from Calyrex-S.

Raging Bolt and Miraidon are great counters to Pelipper, as they resist its STAB moves and can OHKO with Volt Switch or Thunderbolt. Ogerpon-C can also check Pelipper with its super effective Ivy Cudgel while also not worrying about Rocky Helmet sets breaking its Sturdy ability. Other forms of weather, like sun, can be devastating for Pelipper, since its two attacking moves are reliant on rain Zamazenta-C, and Calyrex-I like Pelipper's Wide Guard support blocking moves like Astral Barrage and Tera Starstorm, while Urshifu-R appreciates the rain, boosting its Water-type moves. Pelipper forms a good defensive core with Incineroar, Rillaboom, and Amoonguss, which resist Grass- and Electric-type moves, while Pelipper damages threats like Urshifu-R.

With Rocky Helmet and Covert Cloak, Pelipper can follow a more bulkier option on a team. (The order of the content should go with items in the later phase, give introduction for Pelipper here.) The combination of Wide Guard and its Water / Flying typing allows Pelipper's teammates and itself against the plethora of spread moves (give a few examples), making have (grammatically incorrect) a good matchup against Incineroar, Urshifu-R, both Calyrex formes, Zamazenta-C, and Zacian-C (How is Zacian-C a good matchup? You also missed Koraidon, one of the best matchups for Pelipper). Pelipper's low speed tier compliments well with its ability Drizzle, reliably removing other forms of weather (mention Koraidon Sun here). Weather Ball and Hurricane are great STAB moves to have, as they benefit from rain and remove OHKO Pokemon like Incineroar and Urshifu-R. Tailwind provides speed control for Pelipper's teammates. Rocky Helmet makes Pelipper less desirable to attack with contact moves (I understand the meaning, but grammar wise, it doesn't feel right), making it last in a battle longer. Covert Cloak gives Pelipper an immunity to secondary effects of common moves like Fake Out. The EV spread allows Pelipper to outspeed the Ogerpon formes under Tailwind, survive a Wood Hammer from Rillaboom, and a Moonblast from Choice Specs Flutter Mane. The Special Attack investment is used to threaten huge damage against Pokemon like Incineroar and Groudon under rain (Does it OHKO?). Tera Grass is a good defensive Tera type for Pelipper as it can resist Electric- and Grass-type moves and Pelipper gains an immunity to powder moves like Spore and Rage Powder from Amoonguss.

Raging Bolt and Miraidon are great checks (checks is an understatement, they just straight up destroy it) to Pelipper as they resist its Water / Flying moves STAB moves and can do huge damage with Volt Switch (This is a straight up KO) or Draco Meteor. Other forms of weather can be devastating for Pelipper, since its two attacking moves are very rain reliant. Pokemon that utilize Wide Guard and Tailwind effectively, like Urshifu-R and Landorus (not seeing usage as of currently, mention some other examples), are great teammates for Pelipper, and Grass- and Fire-type Pokemon that form a defensive core with Pelipper like Incineroar and Amoonguss are also beneficial, as Pelipper supports them with Wide Guard to protect against moves like Water Spout from Kyogre or Bleakwind Storm from Tornadus.
(You haven't mentioned what restricteds pair up well with Pelipper, like Calyrex-I, asides that you have invested a lot of special attack, does that get any KOs, if yes then mention in the analysis. For any other questions, ping me on disc.)

[SET COMMENTS]

With Rocky Helmet and or could be assumed that both items are used on the set, which is impossible Covert Cloak, Pelipper can follow a more bulkier option on a team. The combination of Wide Guard and its Water / Flying typing allows Pelipper's teammates and itself against the plethora of spread moves like those from the Calyrex formes, and it's typing making it have a good matchup against Incineroar, Urshifu-R, both Calyrex formes, and Zamazenta-C shaky as to whether this is a good mu or not, and Zacian-C Zacian isn't a very good mu, play rough does too much. Pelipper's low speed tier compliments well with its ability Drizzle, reliably removing other forms of weather would be nice if you mention just specifically koraidon/groudon. Sand is non-existent, snow is gimmicky, and rain is what it sets up. Weather Ball and Hurricane are great STAB moves to have, as they benefit from rain and remove Pokemon like Incineroar and Urshifu-R is this not just repeating yourself? I think it's fine though since you're elaborating on why now.. Tailwind provides speed control for Pelipper's teammates mention helping hand before this, but idt mentioning protect is necessary as it's protect. Rocky Helmet makes Pelipper less desirable to attack with contact moves like? surging is a huge one, making it last in a battle longer. Covert Cloak gives Pelipper an immunity to secondary effects of common moves like Fake Out flinches you can word this differently ig but secondary effects is kinda fluff + dex info. The EV spread allows Pelipper to outspeed the Ogerpon formes under Tailwind, survive a Wood Hammer from Rillaboom, and a Moonblast from Choice Specs Flutter Mane. The Special Attack investment is used to threaten huge damage against Pokemon like Incineroar and Groudon under rain CALCS. Tera Grass is a good defensive Tera type for Pelipper as it can resist Electric- and Grass-type moves like? otherwise dex info. Also do ghost first and Pelipper gains an immunity to powder moves like Spore and Rage Powder.

Raging Bolt and Miraidon are great checks to Pelipper as they resist its Water / Flying moves Weather Ball and Hurricane and can do huge damage with Volt Switch or Draco Meteor ??? just say tbolt. Other forms of weather can be devastating for Pelipper, since its two attacking moves are very rain reliant. Pokemon that utilize Wide Guard and Tailwind effectively, like Urshifu-R and Landorus tailwind isn't the main aspect, it's wide guard + rain. Secondly, lando peli isn't common., are great teammates for Pelipper, and Grass- and Fire-type Pokemon that form a defensive core with Pelipper like Incineroar and Amoonguss are also beneficial, as Pelipper supports them with Wide Guard to protect against moves like Water Spout or Bleakwind Storm.

With Rocky Helmet or Covert Cloak, Pelipper can follow a more bulkier option on a team (This reads weirdly to me. Maybe something like "can work as a bulkier option on a team"). Wide Guard allows protects Pelipper's teammates and itself against the plethora of spread moves like those from the Calyrex formes,. and It's typing makes it have a good matchup against Incineroar, Urshifu-R, both Calyrex formes, and Zamazenta-C. (If you want to mention Wide Guard in addition to Pelipper's typing then you could start the sentence by mentioning both Wide Guard and Pelipper's typing, the way it is right now makes it seem like Pelipper's typing is good into both Calyrex's.) Pelipper's low Speed tier compliments well with its ability Drizzle, reliably checking Koraidon and Groudon (Mention how getting Rain up can check Koraidon and Groudon). Weather Ball and Hurricane are great STAB moves to have, as they benefit from rain and remove Pokemon like Incineroar and Urshifu-R. Helping Hand supports Pelipper's teammates and allows them to dish out huge damage, and Tailwind provides speed control for Pelipper's teammates (Since you say later that the speed evs let it outspeed Ogerpon under TW doesn't Pelipper also use the tailwind?). Rocky Helmet makes Pelipper less desirable to attack with contact moves, making it last in a battle longer (Rocky Helmet doesn't make it last longer as much as it allows it to chip opposing Pokemon without having to attack them. You could add examples of Pokemon that don't like taking Rocky Helmet damage). Covert Cloak gives Pelipper an immunity to Fake Out flinches (You mention later that Tera Ghost does the same thing, maybe put here that Covert Cloak can give Pelipper an immunity to Fake Out flinches while not having to Tera). The EV spread allows Pelipper to outspeed the Ogerpon formes under Tailwind, survive a Wood Hammer from Rillaboom, and a Moonblast from Choice Specs Flutter Mane. The Special Attack investment is used to OHKO against Pokemon like Incineroar and Groudon under rain. Tera Ghost gives Pelipper an immunity to Fake Out, and Tera Grass is a good defensive Tera type for Pelipper as it can resist Electric- and Grass-type moves and Pelipper gains an immunity to powder moves like Spore and Rage Powder.

Raging Bolt and Miraidon are great checks to Pelipper as they resist its STAB moves and can OHKO with Volt Switch or Thunderbolt (Include examples of partners that can help with this). Other forms of weather can be devastating for Pelipper (Give examples here), since its two attacking moves are very rain reliant. Pokemon that utilize Wide Guard and rain effectively, like Urshifu-R and Calyrex-I, are great teammates for Pelipper, and Grass- and Fire-type Pokemon that form a defensive core with Pelipper like Incineroar and Amoonguss are also beneficial, as Pelipper supports them with Wide Guard to protect against moves like Water Spout or Bleakwind Storm (This whole thing can probably be 2 different sentences.).

With Rocky Helmet or Covert Cloak, Pelipper can follow a more bulkier option on a team. (items just go later, try to introduce it better. You're already talking about what pelli does later, build off of that; this sentence just doesnt add much tbh) Wide Guard allows Pelipper's teammates and itself against the plethora of spread moves like those from the Calyrex formes, and it's typing makes it have a good matchup against Incineroar, Urshifu-R, both Calyrex formes, and Zamazenta-C. Pelipper's low speed tier compliments well with its ability Drizzle, reliably checking Koraidon and Groudon. (there are a few things here. First of all, the typing doesnt really help against the calyrex formes, that's mostly just wide guard. Also, how does Pelippers low speed compliment well with drizzle? Also, I think you could talk about drizzle before, and then begin to mention wide guard near the moves.) Weather Ball and Hurricane are great STAB moves to have, as they benefit from rain and remove Pokemon like Incineroar and Urshifu-R. Helping Hand supports Pelipper's teammates and allows them to dish out huge damage, and Tailwind provides speed control for Pelipper's teammates. (mention how protect helps on rocky helm sets) Rocky Helmet makes Pelipper less desirable to attack with contact moves, making it last in a battle longer. (less desirable to attack making it last longer in battle isn't really a thing, helm just punishes mons that use contact moves. Urshifu-R is a nice example since it takes 3 hits of rocky helm w/ surging strikes, while pao+urshifu-S have their sashes broken) Covert Cloak gives Pelipper an immunity to Fake Out flinches (any specific thing this is useful for? Also cloak should be ahead of helm because that's how it is on the set.). Tera Ghost gives Pelipper an immunity to Fake Out, and Tera Grass is a good defensive Tera type for Pelipper as it can resist Electric- and Grass-type (examples maybe) moves and Pelipper gains an immunity to powder moves like Spore and Rage Powder.

Raging Bolt and Miraidon are great checks to Pelipper as they resist its STAB moves and can OHKO with Volt Switch or Thunderbolt. Other forms of weather can be devastating for Pelipper, since its two attacking moves are very rain reliant. Pokemon that utilize Wide Guard and rain effectively, like Urshifu-R and Calyrex-I, are great teammates for Pelipper, and Grass- and Fire-type Pokemon that form a defensive core with Pelipper like Incineroar and Amoonguss are also beneficial, as Pelipper supports them with Wide Guard to protect against moves like Water Spout or Bleakwind Storm.
(this can definetly be expanded on. You could probably mention mons that help vs bolt+mirai, you also don't really explain how Urshifu-R and Calyrex-I benefit from wide guard+twind. Also zamazenta-C definitly deserves a spot on this list, as it's a very common pelli partner. cornerstone might also be a mention that's worth adding since it ohkos pelli. Finally, you don't really mention what amoong+incin do for pelli; anything for that?)

With a good set of supportive moves, and typing that can check various Pokemon in the metagame, (you talk about the support moves and the typing in the overview but you don't mention what they do? Have a brief mention of them at least) Pelipper can follow a bulkier option for a team (you don't really mention what the set itself does here, unless the set changes what it does. The set doesn't really do that, so you just mention what the pokemon does in this part of this paragraph.) . Pelipper's low speed tier compliments well with its ability Drizzle, which is helpful for underspeeding Koraidon (this part is just irrelevant+dex info) and setting up the rain. Weather Ball and Hurricane are great STAB moves to have, as they benefit from rain and remove Pokemon like Incineroar and Urshifu-R, Wide Guard allows Pelipper's teammates and itself against the plethora of spread moves like those from the Calyrex formes, Helping Hand supports Pelipper's teammates and allows them to dish out huge damage, and Tailwind provides speed control for Pelipper and its teammates. (mention how protect helps against fake outs and stuff) (you can also make these individual sntences, like one for weather ball and hurricane, one for wide guard, and one for HH/twind/protect)Covert Cloak gives Pelipper an immunity to Fake Out flinches from Incineroar and Rillaboom, and Rocky Helmet punishes common physical attackers like Urshifu-R, allowing Pelipper to Protect against it, while also being helpful for chip damage, breaking Focus Sashes from Pokemon like Meinshao and Chien-Pao. Tera Ghost gives Pelipper an immunity to Fake Out, and Tera Grass is a good defensive Tera type for Pelipper as it can resist Electric- and Grass-type moves like Wood Hammer and Volt Switch while also gaining an immunity to powder moves like Spore and Rage Powder. (make sure to change item and tera order.)

Raging Bolt and Miraidon are great counters to Pelipper as they resist its STAB moves and can OHKO with Volt Switch or Thunderbolt. Ogerpon-C can also check Pelipper with its super-effective Ivy Cudgel, while also not worrying about Rocky Helmet sets breaking its Sturdy ability, since Ivy Cudgel isn't a contact move. (dex info) Other forms of weather, like the sun, can be devastating for Pelipper, since its two attacking moves are very (eh hurricane can arguably be used in the sun fine, and weather ball still gets the sun boost)rain reliant. Pelipper can fit on various teams and cores, but it works best on teams that appreciate Pelipper support. (unnecescary) Urshifu-R, Zamazenta-C, and Calyrex-I likes Pelipper's Wide Guard support, blocking moves like Astral Barrage and Electroweb (this is not the best example, pick tera starstorm or smth). Zamazenta-C and non Choice Scarf Urshifu-R appreciate Tailwind, as they outspeed threats like Flutter Mane. (basically all waterfu paired with pelli run scarf, also twind isn't a super common move on pelli anymore) Incineroar resists and weakens Rillaboom's Grass-type attacks, Rillaboom can remove Miraidon's Electric terrain and check Electric-type moves while also supporting Pelipper with Fake Out, and Amoonguss is a good answer against Trick Room teams with its low speed tier and Spore. (all of these reasons are wrong tbh, rilla isn't the main reason why you use incin as a partner, if rilla removes terrain, so what? Mirai still ohkos, and amoonguss isn't just used as a tr check. see if you can find diff reasons)
