I really like Ceruledge/Armarouge/Lokix on SV,they are really cool,when i am playing weak armor Ceruledge on Sun,I have preliminarily proved its feasibility. This time, I will prove that bulk up Ceruledge is a strong pkm.
Before using the current team, I tried two teams, playing 1962 elo and 1913 elo respectively.

EVs: 240 HP / 16 Atk / 16 Def / 216 SpD / 20 Spe

Ceruledge is one of the core of the team,on sv ou metagame,he can check and counter Volcarona/Iron Moth/Iron Valiant/Cinderace，check these mon is really powerful,and Bitter Blade such great,90bp and remove 50% damage dealt let Ceruledge can try bulk up set,Ghost+Fire is a good type,but the weakness is obvious-Water,Ground,Ghost,Dark,Rock，so i choose tera Bug-On now Sv Ou,bug type have few weaknesses-Rock and flying attack are rare，most of these type user is Glimmora and Iron Jugulis,Pelipper,and Bug type can help u to against Ground type attack such as Great Tusk and Ting-Lu's earthquake,taunt can help u to against Toxapex/Ting Lu/Clodsire/Skeledirge/Orthworm/Toedscruel/Corviknight，Ceruledge hard counter is Dondozo/Garganacl（Regigarganacel lol） and some bulk up/tera fire pkm such as Great Tusk/Kingamibit/Garchomp，but if u bulk up 2~3 times,Ceruledge can defeat most teams and pkm such as DD Dragonite/Dragapult/Stealth Rock Great Tusk/Rotom-Wash/Ting-Lu/some Kingamibit/Gholdengo.etc.and Ceruledge sometimes can block Rapid spin.i choose Leftovers because of 6%hp,it's really help to use bulk up+Bitter Blade.It is difficult to defeat an HP sufficient Ceruledge.Oh,Ceruledge can defeat two Unaware pkm-Clodsire and Skeledirge
Usually,Ceruledge use bulk up on you get Reflect/Light Screen,or against Iron Moth/Volcarona/Cinderace/Iron Valiant,or tera Bug against Ting-Lu/Orthworm,75/80/100 HP/Def/SPDef it's still passable, but we still need to be careful to break through.
2 Glimmora
Glimmora @ Focus Sash
Ability: Toxic Debris
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Stealth Rock
- Energy Ball
- Earth Power
- Sludge Wave
The hottest Stealth rock pkm，i choose this mon because of it's movepool can against Great Tusk/Hatterene/Iron Treads，but sometimes u can use spikes instead of stealth rock,it's Toxic Debris can help us to use Toxic Spikes to against Psychic Terrain/Rain/Ting-Lu/Great Tusk,sometimes Focus Sush can help u to against Rain and some Iron Valiant,most of time it's lead,but sometimes not.
Sometimes we can use Dazzling Gleam/Tera Fire

4 Roaring Moon

EVs: 228 Atk / 28 Def / 252 Spe

On the first time,i use Jaw Lock+Taunt+Roost set to against some stall pkm suck as Alomomola and some great tusk,but when chien-pao/espa banned,so many offense pkm appear on sv ou.So I basically give up fighting against the stall team and instead maximize the destructive power of Roaring moon,Crunch STAB and Earthquake to against Kingamibit,Acrobatics against Great Tusk,In the present metagame, it is a very frightening role of the enemy of ten thousand people.and it can help Ceruledge against Ghost type attack and when Dragon Dance,it's quickly then Booster Iron Valiant,he is also one of the core of the team,still weak Dondozo and ice shard.
5 Iron Valiant
Iron Valiant @ Booster Energy
Ability: Quark Drive
Tera Type: Electric
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Moonblast
- Thunderbolt
- Calm Mind
- Focus Blast
Ceruledge and Iron Valiant，they are both kamen-rider pkm and and they also cooperate，help Ceruledge against Great tusk/Hydreigon/Garchomp/Dondozo/Garganacl/Rotom-Wash/Kingambit/Baxcalibur，and booster energy help Valiant's speed can against Dragapult/Meowscarada/Greninja，i choose calm mind and tera electric can against Toxapex and Gholdengo,when Valiant meet Volcarona/Iron Moth,Ceruledge can beat these mon.This is offense core,but they all not very bulky.Be careful to use.
6 Great Tusk

The Tusk!!The Most useful pkm on this metagame,i use offense Tusk can help us to against Ting-Lu/Some Corviknight/Some Rotom-Wash,and when speed boost,tusk can close combat to beat Hydreigon,knock off Dondozo and tusk have chance to beat dondozo，tera water use to against Rain team and ice type move,here are some damage,and tusk can help offense team to beat Kingamibit.

If they tera fire,they can beat Valiant and Ceruledge，most of the time, the focus is on operation，but booster Iron Jugulis is strong to against this offense team
3 Rain
Use TERA Water Tusk and Sash Glimmora,and we need toxic spikes/stealth rock！
