Lupe, Kanye, and Pharrell rap over "The Eraser" by Thom Yorke from "Can't Tell Me Nothing the OFFICIAL MIXTAPE."

Thoughts:

"The Eraser" was my favourite track off of the album of the same name and the piano feels custom made for a track like this. Lupe opens up and tears the track apart while still sounding relaxed and loungey. Sets the stage up for Kanye and Pharrell, both producers gone MC who probably shouldn't have, but prove their worth on this track. I actually really like Kanye's verse about the pseudo-famous. All in all, a great track from the venerable Thom Yorke feaeturing one of the most promising new emcees to come along (lupe, dimwits). Makes me kinda hopeful for a full length collaboration between the three. Though I hope they can come up with their own beats next time. They've certainly got the talent.

Lupe>Kanye and lol @ Pharell. You're indeed right, Lupe is an incredibly promising MC who I hope to hear more from in the near future. Food and Liquor was a great album, and Kanye is strong too. 2 Grammys in a row in the same category means something. Thanks for the heads up though, definitely need to check this track out.
 
Listening to it right now... I like it. The verses being seperated by Thom's soft refrain has a real nice effect, and to be honest I like all the verses, I actually kinda found Kanye's to be the strongest at first listen.
 
eh, it wasnt exceptionally good.

pharrell was the best in that track imo, but lupe wasn't that bad either.

but im pretty sure it's because i don't like lupe that much to start with
 
I've been bumping this song all last night and this morning. It's the hottest track I've heard from Kanye in a long time. To be realistic, this is what "Number 1" was supposed to be the first time--an instant classic track with Pharrell and Kanye, not that BS pseudo-Michael Jackson's "Rock With You" BS they threw together the first time.

Also, Lupe is a monster.
