* Ice Beam lets Cresselia hit Landorus-T, Garchomp, and Zapdos fairly hard while not having to invest in Special Attack. Icy Wind is useful for speed control, supporting middling-Speed Pokemon such as Heatran and Tapu Fini while also canceling out opposing Max Airstream.

* Cresselia makes excellent use of Trick Room thanks to its solid defenses and access to Levitate, both of which often make it hard to remove easily.

* Helping Hand is very useful for increasing Cresselia's partner's offensive pressure, as it typically has very little of its own. It pairs especially well with Pokemon like Glastrier that often get inflicted by Intimidate from Incineroar, making up for the Attack drop.

* Ally Switch allows Cresselia to sponge hits such as Max Moves that its partner would rather avoid. Moonblast OHKOes any Urshifu-S not carrying a Focus Sash. Psychic hits Urshifu-R, Venusaur, and Amoonguss, but it is very weak on neutral targets.

* Mental Herb ensures Cresselia can effectively set Trick Room without being disrupted by Taunt or Encore. Colbur Berry allows Cresselia to survive a Choice Band-boosted Wicked Blow from Urshifu-S, while Sitrus Berry gives it some nice recovery.

Not a qc but Ice Beam already hits amoonguss and venu. I'd personally leave it to just moonblast or ally switch, since urshi-r is also hit by moonblast anyway.

Icy Wind is useful for speed control, supporting middling-speed Pokemon such as Heatran and Tapu Fini while also canceling (Thought you'd find this amusing, but in British English this has a double L) out opposing Max Airstream. (All these mentions of the word speed in different, idk which ones need to be changed if at all so I'm not even gonna touch it)

The first point does feel a bit dex info-ey, but I appreciate Helping Hand is a dumb move to describe)

(So I feel iffy on this one, because a 50/50 implies that you could end up worse. And as a first slashed move, idk if I can encourage going for 50/50s. I do, however, recognise its popularity) Moonblast OHKOes any Urshifu-S not carrying a Focus Sash. Psychic hits Urshifu-R, Venusaur, and Amoonguss, but is weak on neutral targets.
