[SET COMMENTS]
Cramorant finds a niche in ZU as a Defogger, threatening common entry hazard setters such as Rhydon and Piloswine. Roost is necessary to improve Cramorant's longevity and lets it consistently switch into the likes of Accelgor and Poliwrath. Surf activates Gulp Missile, allowing Cramorant to punish attackers, and can potentially paralyze them if Gulp Missile is activated when it has no more than 50% HP. Brave Bird complements Surf by weakening foes such as Qwilifish and Ferroseed while ignoring Ice Scales from Frosmoth, letting Cramorant OHKO it; Brave Bird also benefits from Gulp Missile lowering the foe's Defense stat when Cramorant is above 50% HP.

Although Cramorant is an effective Defogger, its 4x weakness to Electric makes it susceptible to Rotom formes. Checks to them such as Rhydon and Ferroseed are appreciated; Rhydon can also check Kangaskhan, while Ferroseed can take Toxic from foes such as Miltank and Wishiwashi. Knock Off absorbers like Silvally-Dark, Alolan Persian, and Garbodor can improve Cramorant's longevity and let it consistently clear entry hazards by keeping Heavy-Duty Boots intact; in return, the former two appreciate Cramorant checking Frosmoth and the latter values it threatening opposing Ground-types. Cramorant's ability to inflict paralysis with Gulp Missile at low HP complements slow wallbreakers like Clawitzer, Centiskorch, and Skuntank and aids them against fast attackers like Cinccino and Sawk. Powerful attackers such as Magneton, Substitute Silvally-Ghost, and Cinccino appreciate Cramorant's Defog letting them consistently switch into battle.

Other Options
=============

Hurricane is an alternative to Brave Bird that is weaker against Frosmoth and Ferroseed, but stronger against physically bulky Pokemon such as Poliwrath and Qwilfish. Substitute synergizes well with Gulp Missile, helping Cramorant reach the range for its Gorging forme; however, it is generally less effective than Cramorant's other moves. An offensive spread of 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe can be utilized with Hurricane to better offensively pressure foes such as Garbodor and Gurdurr. A physically defensive spread of 248 HP / 244 Def / 16 Spe with a Timid nature better checks foes such as Centiskorch and Poliwrath while still outspeeding Adamant Centiskorch.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Electric-types**: Electric-types like Rotom and Rotom-S can OHKO Cramorant.

**Strong Attackers**: Although they dislike taking damage and a potential paralysis from Gulp Missile, strong attackers such as Silvally-Ghost and Kangaskhan are capable of easily KOing Cramorant.

**Status**: Toxic from foes like Wishiwashi and Miltank and Will-O-Wisp from Pokemon like Cofagrigus and Jellicent are some of the best ways to handle Cramorant, as residual damage does not activate Gulp Missile.

Cramorant finds a niche in ZU as a Defogger, threatening common entry hazard setters such as Rhydon, Palossand, and Piloswine. Roost is necessary to improve Cramorant's longevity and lets it consistently switch into the likes of Centiskorch and Poliwrath. Surf activates Gulp Missile, allowing Cramorant to punish physical attackers and can potentially paralyze them if Gulp Missile is activated when it is below 50% HP. Brave Bird complements Surf by weakening foes such as Qwilifish and Ferroseed while ignoring Ice Scales from Frosmoth, letting Cramorant OHKO it. mention that BB works well in conjunction with Gulp Missile's defense drop.

Although Cramorant is an effective Defogger, its 4x weakness to Electric makes it susceptible to Rotom formes. Checks to them such as Palossand Palossand loses to 2 out of the 3 Rotom-formes and Ferroseed are appreciated; Palossand can also handle Thunderbolt from Magmortar Palo is a terrible example for a Magmortar check and help check Lycanroc, while Ferroseed can take Toxic from foes such as Miltank and aid Cramorant against opposing Water-types Cramorant isn't struggling with Water-types, it walls most of them. Knock Off absorbers like Silvally-Dragon, Gurdurr really?, and Garbodor can improve Cramorant's longevity and let it consistently clear entry hazards by keeping Heavy-Duty Boots intact; in return, the former two appreciate Cramorant checking Frosmoth and the latter value Cramorant threatening opposing Ground-types. Cramorant's ability to inflict paralysis with Gulp Missile at low HP complements slow wallbreakers like Drampa, Centiskorch, and Skuntank and aids them against fast attackers like Sneasal Sneasel and Sawk.

Hurricane is an alternative to Brave Bird that is weaker against Frosmoth and Ferroseed, but stronger against physically bulky Pokemon such as Poliwrath and Qwilfish. Substitute synergizes well with Gulp Missile, putting Cramorant into the range for its Gulping form; however, it is generally less effective than Cramorant's other moves. Mention running a full offensive spread and a more defensive spread (248 HP / 244 Def / 16 Spe Timid).

Checks and Counters
===================

**Electric-types**: Electric-types like Rotom and Rotom-S as well as Electric coverage such as Thunderbolt from Magmortar can OHKO Cramorant.

**Lycanroc**: Lycanroc is able to outspeed Cramorant and OHKO it with Stone Edge. Accelerock can KO Cramorant if it is significantly weakened; however, Lycanroc dislikes taking considerable damage from Gulp Missile and hates being paralyzed.
**Strong Attackers**

**Status**: Toxic from foes like Wishiwashi and Miltank and Will-O-Wisp from the Rotom formes you can find better examples of Pokemon that cripple Cram than Pokemon that OHKO it with their stab moves are some of the best ways to handle Cramorant, as residual damage does not activate Gulp Missile.

(Replace Centiskorch with smth like Accelgor. More of a nitpick because Centi threatens Cram with knock/power whip and so it isn't a consistent check to it) Surf activates Gulp Missile, allowing Cramorant to punish physical (Gulp Missile works on all attackers) attackers and can potentially paralyze them if Gulp Missile is activated when it is below 50% HP. Brave Bird complements Surf by weakening foes such as Qwilifish and Ferroseed while ignoring Ice Scales from Frosmoth, letting Cramorant OHKO it; Brave Bird also benefits from Gulp Missile lowering the foe's Defense stat.

Mention Pokemon that appreciate Cramorant's ability to remove entry hazards (Specs Magmortar, Specs Vanilluxe, Sub Silvally-Dragon, Cinccino, etc)
