Urshifu-R is a decent Choice Scarf user in Ubers UU due to its excellent signature move, pivoting in U-turn, priority in Aqua Jet, and solid offensive typing. Surging Strikes's guaranteed critical hit chance allows Urshifu-R to break through Defense-boosting sweepers like Cosmic Power Arceus formes and Zamazenta-C. Aqua Jet allows Urshifu-R to pick off weakened foes that have a Speed boost, like Ogerpon-H and Sneasler. U-turn allows Urshifu-R to pivot, racking up important chip damage on Pokemon like Zacian and Mewtwo while generating momentum. Tera Water allows Urshifu-R to power up Surging Strikes and Aqua Jet, notably allowing it to OHKO Mewtwo and Ogerpon-H after Stealth Rock damage; Tera Water also removes its Fairy- and Psychic-type weaknesses, helping against Zacian and Mewtwo. Pokemon like Calm Mind Arceus formes and Zamazenta-C appreciate Urshifu-R taking out faster threats like Deoxys, Mewtwo, and Spectrier. Urshifu-R struggles to break through Pokemon that resists its STAB moves like Palkia-O and Giratina, so the support of Dragapult and Choice Scarf Kyurem-W is greatly appreciated. Urshifu-R can also form pivoting cores with Pokemon like Landorus-T and Sneasler, allowing them to pick up on the momentum Urshifu-R generates.

Urshifu-R is a formidable Choice Scarf user in Ubers UU due to an excellent signature move, pivoting in U-Turn, and priority in Aqua Jet (No mention of Unseen Fist and its pretty solid offensive typing at all??) . Surging Strike allows Urshifu-R to critical hit Surging Strikes guaranteed critical hit chance allows Urshifu-R (subjective but rewrote this to make it flow better) through defense boosting sweepers like Bulk Up and Cosmic Power Arceus formes and Zamazenta-C. Aqua Jet allows Urshifu-R to pick off weakened foes that have a speed boost, like Ogerpon-H or Arceus formes that carry Dragon Dance (Alot of times these run Espeed, so i would mention something else here instead... Maybe like Sneasler or something?) . U-turn allows Urshifu-R to pivot out, racking up important chip damage (against Pokemon like?) while escaping danger in front of a threat (and lets it generate momentum + get a partner teammate in safely, then provide exmaples). Tera Water allows Urshifu-R to power up Surging Strikes and Aqua Jet, notably allowing it to OHKO Mewtwo and Ogerpon-H after Stealth Rocks damage while also dropping its Fairy- and Psychic-type weaknesses, helping against Zacian and Deoxys. Pokemon like Calm Mind Arceus formes and Zamazenta-C appreciate it Urshifu-R taking out faster threats like Deoxys, Mewtwo, and Spectrier. Urshifu-R struggles to break through Pokemon that resists its STAB-moves like Palkia-O, Dragapult and Giratina, so the support of Choice Scarf Kyurem-W and a partner Dragapult is greatly appreciated. Urshifu-R can also form pivot cores with Pokemon like Landorus-T and Sneasler, allowing them to pick up momentum.

Surging Strikes guaranteed critical hit chance allows Urshifu-R through defense boosting sweepers like Bulk Up and (fraudulent set, nothing runs that) Cosmic Power Arceus formes and Zamazenta-C. Aqua Jet allows Urshifu-R to pick off weakened foes that have a speed boost, like Ogerpon-H or Sneasler. U-turn allows Urshifu-R to pivot, racking up important chip damage on Pokemon like Zacian or Mewtwo while escaping danger in front of a threat and(its p much only for momentum, so maybe cut "escaping danger..") generating momentum. Tera Water allows Urshifu-R to power up Surging Strikes and Aqua Jet, notably allowing it to OHKO Mewtwo and Ogerpon-H after Stealth Rocks damage while also dropping its Fairy- and Psychic-type weaknesses, helping against Zacian and Deoxys(psycho boost definitely still kills, and also you're literally faster, so this doesn't change whats happening vs deoxys. Maybe just replace it with like mewtwo or something.). Pokemon like Calm Mind Arceus formes and Zamazenta-C appreciate Urshifu-R taking out faster threats like Deoxys, Mewtwo, and Spectrier. Urshifu-R struggles to break through Pokemon that resists its STAB-moves like Palkia-O, Dragapult (252 Atk Tera Water Urshifu-Rapid-Strike Surging Strikes (3 hits) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Dragapult on a critical hit: 159-189 (50.1 - 59.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO)and Giratina, so the support of Choice Scarf Kyurem-W and a partner Dragapult is greatly appreciated. Urshifu-R can also form pivot cores with Pokemon like Landorus-T and Sneasler, allowing them to pick up momentum.
