AG Choice Scarf (Koraidon) [DONE]

[OVERVIEW]
Koraidon is one of the most dominant and ubiquitous threats in AG thanks to its impressive Speed tier and Attack, which establish it as both a formidable revenge killer and an effective wallbreaker. Koraidon can overcome its defensive checks thanks to its expansive movepool, which gives it the option to run Swords Dance + Scale Shot. However, Koraidon's ability to switch in repeatedly is significantly hindered Spikes and Toxic Spikes. Additionally, Koraidon's reliance on Flare Blitz diminishes its longevity. Nevertheless, Koraidon's versatile movepool and Tera type options cement it as a staple on every offensive team.

[SET COMMENTS]
Choice Scarf Koraidon is one of the premier speed control options and revenge killers in the metagame. Flare Blitz, when boosted by Orichalcum Pulse's sun, provides excellent neutral coverage against Steel-, Fairy-, and Ghost-types such as Necrozma-DM, Arceus-Fairy, and Calyrex-S. Low Kick, with its 120 Base Power against most of the metagame, avoids the stat drops of Close Combat and OHKOes Arceus and Ting-Lu after one layer of Spikes while reliably damaging Arceus-Ground and Arceus-Water. Outrage is generally preferred over Dragon Claw due to its ability to 2HKO Ho-Oh and OHKO Calyrex-S and Eternatus. However, it makes Koraidon vulnerable to revenge killing attempts by Fairy-types such as Arceus-Fairy, Zacian-C, and Tera Fairy Ho-Oh. U-turn provides essential pivoting capabilities and allows Koraidon to finish off weakened foes without the concern of them Terastallizing into a type that's immune to one of its STAB moves. A Jolly nature can be used to outspeed +1 Jolly Dragon Dance Necrozma-DM after Sticky Web, outspeed +1 Jolly Dragon Dance Arceus-Ground, and Speed tie with opposing Choice Scarf Miraidon and Koraidon. An Adamant nature enables Koraidon to 2HKO bulky Arceus formes after one layer of Spikes or Stealth Rock and secure a guaranteed OHKO on Calyrex-S. Tera Fire allows Flare Blitz to OHKO Necrozma-DM and 2HKO Arceus-Fairy and Arceus-Ground; it also grants Koraidon burn immunity while making it neutral to Psychic-type moves from Calyrex-S and Necrozma-DM. However, Tera Fire flips Koraidon's resistance to Stealth Rock into a weakness, severely limiting its ability to switch in repeatedly. Tera Ghost provides Koraidon with immunities to Fighting- and Normal-type moves, allowing it to turn the tables against opposing Koraidon and Extreme Killer Arceus. Additionally, it allows Koraidon to take neutral damage from Psychic- and Dragon-type attacks from Necrozma-DM, Calyrex-S, and Eternatus. The primary downside of Tera Ghost is its weakness to Calyrex-S's Astral Barrage.

Choice Scarf Koraidon is an incredibly powerful asset to balance and bulky offense teams thanks to its game-defining pivoting and wallbreaking abilities. However, Koraidon struggles against bulky Arceus formes like Arceus-Fairy and Arceus-Water, as the former resists Low Kick, (comma) and the latter resists Flare Blitz. Defensive Ho-Oh also poses a challenge for Koraidon to break through. As a result, Kyogre and Ho-Oh make excellent teammates, applying pressure on opposing Ho-Oh and bulky Arceus formes. In return, they greatly benefit from Koraidon's pivoting allowing them to enter the battlefield safely. Koraidon also pairs well with Calyrex-S, whose unmatched Special Attack and Speed stats can dismantle Koraidon's aforementioned checks. Physical attackers in Dragon Dance Arceus-Ground and Necrozma-DM are also invaluable teammates, as they can dispose of Ho-Oh with Stone Edge while continually pressuring bulky Arceus formes. Miraidon is another outstanding partner that complements Koraidon perfectly, as both can safely bring in the other, with Koraidon forcing out Ting-Lu and Miraidon pressuring Ho-Oh. Lastly, Koraidon benefits from being paired with entry hazard setters such as Ting-Lu, Landorus-T, and Eternatus, which not only provide critical support with Spikes, Stealth Rock, and Toxic Spikes but also check significant threats such as Calyrex-S, opposing Koraidon, and Kyogre, respectively.

Choice Scarf Koraidon can opt to counter Ribombee with Dual Wingbeat, preventing it from setting up Sticky Web, though this comes at the cost of being heavily matchup reliant. Sacrificing its crucial STAB coverage in Outrage also worsens its effectiveness against Ho-Oh. A Choice Band, when used in conjunction with Close Combat and Tera Fighting, boosts Koraidon's power to monumental levels and allows it to achieve absurd feats such as 2HKOing defensive Ho-Oh and brute forcing through Necrozma-DM and bulky Arceus formes. Alternatively, Koraidon can run Tera Fairy, which enables it to serve as an emergency check to opposing Choice-locked Koraidon.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Kyogre**: Kyogre nullifies Koraidon's sun with Drizzle and can 2HKO it with Ice Beam. Additionally, Kyogre can paralyze Koraidon with Thunder Wave, rendering its Choice Scarf ineffective. However, Kyogre cannot switch directly into Outrage or Low Kick.

**Revenge Killers**: Revenge killers such as Choice Scarf Calyrex-S and Zacian-C can OHKO Koraidon with Psychic and Play Rough, respectively. Zacian-C in particular can easily take down Choice Scarf Koraidon if it locked into Outrage.

**Bulky Arceus Formes**: If healthy, bulky Arceus formes are not 2HKOed by any of Choice Scarf Koraidon's attacks. Additionally, Arceus-Fairy is immune to Dragon-type attacks and resists Low Kick and U-turn, while Arceus-Water resists Flare Blitz.

**Ho-Oh**: Ho-Oh can pivot into Koraidon's attacks, bar its Dragon-type STAB moves, and use Tera Fairy to lure in Koraidon and OHKO it OHKO Koraidon with Brave Bird.

**Dondozo**: With its tremendous bulk and Unaware, Dondozo can easily switch into Koraidon, recover with Rest, and retaliate with Avalanche.

**Gliscor**: Gliscor can safely switch into Choice Scarf Koraidon and heal itself thanks to Poison Heal and Protect. However, it must be cautious of Swords Dance sets, as a +2 Flare Blitz or Scale Shot can OHKO Gliscor.

Its natural bulk is not very good, limiting it from switching in aggressively and setting up on defensive Pokemon.
Koraidon's natural bulk is actually insane, it's physically bulkier than zacian-c and only very slightly less specially bulky, and I'd say zacian-c has some of the most absurd defensive stats for an offensive pokemon. The issues with it taking hits is moreso that it's almost never immune to hazards since it doesn't use boots and it likes clicking flare blitz.

Koraidon also struggles with defensive walls in Ho-Oh and bulky Arceus formes.
I'd expand on this just a bit since I think it's kinda downplaying how strong Koraidon is. With tera and setup it has a way around pretty much everything that counters it, but it can't deal with all of them at once and would cost that tera to do so. It's not weak enough to just say it struggles with physical walls since while it does it can find ways through without too much trouble if it needs to.

Hence Koraidon prefers teammates in Ho-Oh and Ting-Lu, who are able to check Calyrex-S and opposing Ho-Oh.
Just re-order your examples since as is this reads like ting can check ho-oh. Just change to like "teammates in ho-oh and ting-lu who are able to check opposing ho-oh and calyrex-s respectively" or something along those lines.

I don't like ada being the only nature here at all, I think Jolly is usually just better. You're slower than ada DD NDM at +1 on webs builds, max speed arc which can exist on HO with CM variants or just DD groundceus trying to creep stuff, as well as just never having a chance against scale korai / other scarf bikes since you're always slower. I think Jolly should be first slash or the only one tbh, but if you really want to argue for ada I'd hear it out on disc I just definitely don't think it's the only one. You almost always OHKO calyrex-s anyway and it's a roll on absolute max max arcs with just rocks, with a spike too it's no different which nature you are or just a single u-turn out. Would also slash ghost tera first but not a huge issue, I just think it has better use cases for a revenge killer.

Outrage is generally preferred over Dragon Claw because of its ability to 2HKO Ho-Oh and Calyrex-S
I assume this is supposed to say and OHKO calyrex-s

though it makes Koraidon prone to getting revenge killed by opposing Fairy-types like Arceus-Fairy and Zacian-C.
Tera is also important to talk about, tera fairy ho-oh is one of the most common ways to beat scarf korai.

allowing it to OHKO Necrozma-DM, 2HKO Arceus-Fairy and Arceus-Ground
When there's no difference in type matchup you don't have to list both arceus forms, it just bloats things a bit. Can just say neutral effective arceus forms or something similar.

Tera Fighting allows Koraidon to brute force through its checks, 3HKOing defensive Ho-Oh, 2HKOing defensive Necrozma-DM and bulky Arceus formes such as Arceus-Fairy and Arceus-Water.
Same thing here but also tera fight anything doesn't come close to 2hko'ing fairyceus so I'm not sure exactly what to change it to.

**Bulky Arceus formes**: Bulky Arceus formes such as Arceus-Fairy and Arceus-Water are able to keep Koraidon in check, while blocking its Scale Shot and being immune or resistant to its STAB moves, which makes Koraidon have external partners to help with the same.
Just specify a bit that both types don't block scale shot only fairyceus does, and that they resist different moves. They require slightly different play and teras with their different type mu's into korai.

Would also mention ho-oh and maybe some stall mons like dondozo / gliscor in checks, ho-oh especially is probably the most common pivot into it but the stall mons are seen quite a bit recently.

[OVERVIEW]
Koraidon is one of the most prominent and omnipresent threat in Anything Goes thanks to its great Speed tier, boosted Attack stat with its ability Orichalcum Pulse, Koraidon cements itself as not only an effective wallbreaker, but also an amazing revenge killer (this whole sentence seems very stretched, maybe convert it into two different sentence or cut it down). Koraidon is able to overcome its defensive checks with the help of its broad movepool and option of running a Swords Dance set paired with Scale Shot, setting it apart from its competitors in physical attackers. However, Koraidon is not without its flaws. Its ability to repeatedly switch in is greatly limited because of entry hazards such as Spikes and Toxic Spikes and due to the fact that Koraidon likes to click Flare Blitz, recoil damage from Flare Blitz, decreasing its longevity. Koraidon also struggles with Choice Scarf Calyrex-S, which can even outspeed it when Koraidon is at +1 Speed. (i dont think mentioning this is needed) Although Koraidon struggles with Ho-Oh and bulky Arceus formes, it is still able to beat them courtesy of its movepool and moveset options and furtherly, thanks to its Tera Types. Inspite of this, Koraidon is forced to either run a particular moveset or to potentially waste Tera, which makes it struggle with the aforementioned counters. (I dont quite understand what you are trying to say here, maybe mentioning that the threats can check koraidon but koraidon is able to overwhelm them if needed due to tera and its great moveset should be enough) Hence Koraidon prefers teammates in Ting-Lu and Ho-Oh, who are able to check Calyrex-S and opposing Ho-Oh, respectively.

Choice Scarf Koraidon is one of the best speed control options and revenge killer in the metagame. Flare Blitz with an Adamant Nature lets Koraidon OHKO Calyrex-S, Zacian-C, and hit past Necrozma-DM. (mention this when you are mentioning nature, flare blitz being able to hit ndm, zacian-c and being its only option against arceus fairy should be enough) Low Kick is 120 Base Power against the majority of the metagame without the drawback of Close Combat, and allows Koraidon to hit through Arceus, Ting-Lu, Arceus-Ground and Arceus-Water (maybe fix this sentence, arceus-ground and water also get hit by outrage/dragon claw, something like "hits tinglu and arceus super effectively and deals reliavle damage to arceus ground and arceus water without any drawbacks). Both Outrage and Dragon Claw allow Koraidon to OHKO Miraidon and opposing Koraidon, but Outrage is generally preferred over Dragon Claw because of its ability to 2HKO Ho-Oh and OHKO Calyrex-S, while 2HKOing Arceus-Water after minimal chip damage, though it makes Koraidon prone to getting revenge killed by opposing Fairy-types like Arceus-Fairy and Zacian-C, and Terastallized Fairy Ho-Oh. (outrage also ohkoes eternatus which dragon claw does not) An Adamant Nature allows Koraidon to 2HKO Arceus-Fairy and Arceus-Water after Stealth Rock damage, and ensures a guaranteed OHKO on Calyrex-S (now mention the calculations that you mentioned above here, if theres something other than the ones already mentioned). Tera Fire boosts Flare Blitz to monumental levels, effectively making Koraidon a Fire-type and allowing it to OHKO Necrozma-DM, 2HKO Arceus-Fairy and Arceus-Ground, and provides Koraidon with a burn immunity while making Koraidon neutral to Psychic STABS from Calyrex-S and Necrozma-DM. One downside of Tera Fire is that it makes Koraidon weak to Stealth Rock, drastically limiting Koraidon’s ability to switch onto the field repeatedly. Tera Ghost allows Koraidon to flip the tables on opposing Koraidon and Extreme Killer Arceus thanks to the Fighting and Normal immunity Tera Ghost provides. Furthermore, it makes Koraidon neutral to Psychic- and Dragon-type attacks from Necrozma-DM, Calyrex-S, and Eternatus respectively. The only downside of Tera Ghost is that it makes Koraidon insanely weak to Calyrex-S’s Astral Barrage.

Koraidon is an absolute potent addition on every balance and bulky offense team as every team appreciates Koraidon’s game-defining pivoting and wallbreaking capabilities. Koraidon struggles with bulky Arceus formes such as Arceus-Fairy and Arceus-Water with the former being able to block Scale Shot and (no scale shot on scarf koraidon) being resistant to Low Kick, while the latter is resistant to Flare Blitz. Koraidon also struggles with defensive Ho-Oh. This is the reason why Koraidon really appreciates Choice Band Ho-Oh, which is able to muscle through the aforementioned threats thanks to its dual STAB moves and hazards and Koraidon is able to reliably bring in Ho-Oh via U-turn (I dont think this is a very good example, kyogre is a much better example as it can put lot of pressure on everything that can switch into koraidon maybe just club both together saying that that koraidon appreciates kyogre and Choice Band hooh as both can pressure its checks out). Koraidon appreciates Calyrex-S muscling through Koraidon’s checks thanks to its unmatched Special Attack and Speed Stat. (not just calyrex-s, miraidon is also a good partner, also is a good option to pivot into when facing hooh which calyrex shadow doesnt usually like) Physical attackers such as Arceus-Ground and Necrozma-DM are of major help as they help beat Ho-Oh, and constantly pressurize bulky Arceus formes (ndm is not beating hooh unless its boosted or runs stone edge). Lastly but not the least, Koraidon benefits from entry hazard setters such as Ting-Lu, Landorus-T, and Eternatus that not only provide hazards such as Spikes, Toxic Spikes, and Stealth Rock (change order of tspikes and rocks, also i dont think landorus-t is used that much but your choice to keep it in, would much rather mention gliscor) but are also able to check major threats such as Calyrex-S, opposing Koraidon, and Kyogre respectively.

Koraidon can opt to go for more of a counter teaming option in Dual Wingbeat, which prevents Ribombee from setting up webs albeit at the cost of becoming heavily matchup reliant and losing its important STAB coverage in Outrage, which makes it worse into Arceus-Water (low kick does the same damage as outrage) and Ho-Oh. Tera Fighting allows Koraidon to brute force through its checks, 3HKOing defensive Ho-Oh, 2HKOing defensive Necrozma-DM and bulky Arceus formes. (Maybe also mention tera fairy being useful against opposite dragons)

Checks and Counters

**Kyogre**: Kyogre’s Drizzle nullifies Koraidon’s sun, and thanks to Kyogre’s amazing Special Attack stat, it is able to 2HKO Koraidon via Ice Beam. Kyogre can also paralyze Koraidon with Thunder Wave and effectively make its Choice Scarf useless.

**Calyrex-S**: Calyrex-S is able to outspeed Koraidon and is able to OHKO it with Psychic. Once Koraidon is chipped with entry hazard damage,, Astral Barrage with the help of Tera Ghost revenge kills past Koraidon.

**Bulky Arceus formes**: Bulky Arceus formes such as Arceus-Fairy and Arceus-Water are able to keep Koraidon in check, while Arceus-Fairy being able to block its Scale Shot and Arceus-Water being resistant to Flare Blitz, which makes Koraidon have external partners to help with the same.

**Entry Hazard Setters**: Although Koraidon beats both Ting-Lu and Eternatus, both are able to set entry hazards in the form of Spikes and Toxic Spikes, greatly limiting Koraidon’s longevity and effective wallbreaking capabilities.

**Zacian-C**: Zacian-C can easily pivot in on Koraidon once it's locked into Outrage and OHKO it with Play Rough. Also, Zacian-C being faster than Koraidon means that it forces Koraidon to switch out because of Play Rough.

**Bulky Walls**: Bulky walls such as Ho-Oh and Gliscor are able to pivot into Koraidon's attacks, with the former easily switching in on its attacks barring outrage but struggles with Scale Shot, though it can always Tera Fairy to potentially revenge kill Koraidon. And with the latter being able to switch into Koraidon's attacks and easily healing thanks to its Poison Heal ability. Additionally, Dondozo is able to switch into Koraidon's Low Kick and Flare Blitz, either giving Koraidon recoil damage or chipping with Rocky Helmet.
(I think this whole paragraph could be either changed fully or just segregated, Ho-oh should be getting its own paragraph, dondozo is very rare and it usually runs hdb so is a uturn fodder, gliscor is fine but it being alone does not make sense, maybe adding lando as "niche" bulky walls would pass)

(here you have mentioned that zacian-c and calyrex are faster than koraidon, so maybe mentioning that its "non scarf" is helpful, or in calyrex-s case, scarf being still faster)
