Choice Scarf Dragapult is a powerful revenge killer that's able to outspeed much of the metagame, including Pokemon with boosted Speed such as Excadrill in sand, Choice Scarf Galarian Darmanitan, Kyurem-B after a Dragon Dance, Chlorophyll Venusaur, and Shell Smash Cloyster. Draco Meteor is its most powerful STAB move and allows it to revenge kill threats such as +1 Kyurem-B and Choice Scarf Charizard. Shadow Ball allows Dragapult to revenge kill Psychic- and Ghost-type Pokemon such as Gardevoir and Gengar. Fire Blast lets it hit Steel- and Ice-type Pokemon such as Ferrothorn, Excadrill, Alolan Ninetales, and Galarian Darmanitan for super effective damage. U-turn allows Dragapult to pick up momentum when it forces a switch. Clear Body is the preferred ability, as it allows Dragapult to take on Sticky Web teams easier and lets it still revenge kill threats such as Zeraora and Choice Scarf Gardevoir. Alternatively, Infiltrator allows it to hit through Substitutes and screens, making matchups such as Ice easier. The 4 Defense EVs enable Dragapult to always take a +2 Ice Shard from Jolly Cloyster when at full HP.

All of Dragapult's teammates appreciate its ability to act as a revenge killer, especially in matchups where Dragon teams can struggle such as against Fairy and Electric teams. Kyurem-B can take on Flying-, Water-, and Ground-type Pokemon that Dragapult struggles to break past, such as Corviknight, Mandibuzz, Toxapex, and Hippowdon. Hydreigon can take on Steel-type Pokemon with Fire Blast that Dragapult struggles to break, such as Bisharp and Corviknight, taking some pressure off Dragapult and forming an anti Psychic- and Ghost-type core that deals with Pokemon like Aegislash. Choice Scarf Duraludon forms a speed control core with Dragapult, can set up Stealth Rock, and take on Fairy-type Pokemon such as Grimmsnarl and Togekiss that Dragapult struggles to break. Kommo-o can also set up Stealth Rock and check Tyranitar and Snorlax, Pokemon that would otherwise wall Dragapult's attacks. Defog Noivern can clear hazards for Infiltrator Dragapult. Kommo-o and Noivern can also use Taunt to prevent foes from recovering HP or setting hazards, which is especially useful in matchups against Cloyster. Noivern also forms a U-turn core with Dragapult, being able to generate momentum for the team. Dracovish and Dracozolt are strong wallbreakers that can take advantage of slower Pokemon thanks to their signature moves, Fishous Rend and Bolt Beak, allowing them to take on Hippowdon and Toxapex, respectively.

Speed is the main trait of Choice Scarf Dragapult. You need to give more examples of Pokemon that it outspeeds that are threats to Dragon because its a huge reason of why Choice Scarf Dragapult is great. Pokemon like Choice Scarf Charizard, Choice Scarf Weavile, Excadrill under sand, Venusaur under sun, as well as Cloyster and Polteageist after a Shell Smash boost are examples you can use.

Specify from full when talking about the 4 defense EVs for Cloyster.

I would point out how Kommo-o can beat Pokemon like Snorlax and Tyranitar for Dragapult over Ice-type Pokemon and specify what Stealth Rock chip is good for. Dragapult can actually take on Pokemon like Choice Scarf Weavile and Galarian Darmanitan by itself, it just needs the Stealth Rock chip to be reliable.

You can trim down on Noivern's offensive presence and what it checks. Dragapult can handle Virizion fine, Noivern is already a bit iffy against Shiftry, and Toxicroak isn't the most common. Just focus about how Taunt and Defog are really good for hazards and lump Kommo-o in when talking about Taunt too.

Point out that preventing hazards are nice because Dragapult needs to be at full to check Jolly Cloyster effectively.

Even though you mention Cloyster when talking about the 4 Defense EVs I would still mention it in the Pokemon it outspeeds with a Choice Scarf in the opening sentence. Maybe replace Polteageist with it to avoid using too many examples as not only is Hydreigon a viable check to +2 Polteageist, but Polteageist isn't too relevant right now.

When you talk about Duraludon you mention that it can set up Stealth Rock, and then right after you say "Kommo-o is the teams Stealth Rock setter". Reword this so it doesn't sound awkward, maybe something like "Kommo-o can also set up Stealth Rock..."

Mention Sticky Web when you mention the hazards Noivern can Defog, since it highly cripples Infiltrator Dragapult.

"Kommo-o and Noivern can also use Taunt to prevent foes from recovering HP or setting hazards for Dragapult especially in matchups with against Cloyster. or recovering off health with Taunt."

Choice Scarf Dragapult is a powerful revenge killer that's (optional) able to outspeed a ton lot of the metagame, (AC) including setup Pokemon with boosted Speed (scarf and weather mons aren't "setup" pokemon; alternatively, you could just say "including Pokemon such as") such as Excadrill in the sand, Choice Scarf Galarian Darmanitan, Kyurem-B after a Dragon Dance, Chlorophyll Venusaur, and Shell Smash Cloyster. Draco Meteor is its most powerful STAB move, (AC) allowing it to revenge kill threats such as +1 Kyurem-B and Choice Scarf Charizard. Shadow Ball allows Dragapult to revenge kill Psychic- and Ghost-type Pokemon such as Gardevoir and Gengar. Fire Blast allows it to hit Steel- (AH) and Ice-type Pokemon such as Ferrothorn, Excadrill, Alolan Ninetales, and Galarian Darmanitan for super effective (optional, but any move does "damage" to foes) damage. U-turn allows Dragapult to pick up momentum on when it forces a switch. Clear Body is the preferred ability as it allows Dragapult to take on Sticky Web teams easier, allowing it to still revenge kill threats such as Zeraora and Choice Scarf Gardevoir. Infiltrator allows it to hit through Substitutes and screens making matchups such as Ice easier. Choice Scarf alongside its EV investment and Timid nature allows it to be as fast and strong as a revenge killer as possible. (basic EVs don't require explaining unless they're tailored specifically to speed creep something) The 4 Defense EVs allow it to always live a +2 Ice Shard from Jolly Cloyster when at full HP.

All of its teammates appreciate its ability to act as a revenge killer, (AC) especially in matchups where Dragon teams can struggle such as against Fairy and Electric teams. Kyurem-B can take on Flying-, Water-, and Ground-type Pokemon that Dragapult struggle breaking struggles to break past, (AC) such as Corviknight, Mandibuzz, Toxapex, and Hippowdon. Hydreigon can take on Steel-type Pokemon with Fire Blast that Dragapult struggles to break, (AC) such as Bisharp, (RC) and Corviknight with Fire Blast, (AC) and takes taking some pressure off Dragapult being able to and forming an anti Psychic- and Ghost-type core, (AC) being able to take on dealing with (optional, but repetitive from earlier) Pokemon such as like (optional; flows a bit better) Aegislash. Choice Scarf Duraludon formes forms a speed control core with Dragapult and can set up Stealth Rock, (AC) for Dragapult as well as take on Fairy-type Pokemon such as Grimmsnarl and Togekiss that Dragapult struggles to break. Kommo-o can also set up Stealth Rock setter and can check Pokemon such as Tyranitar and Snorlax, Pokemon that would otherwise wall Dragapult's attacks. Defog Noivern can clear hazards such as Stealth Rock, Toxic Spikes, Spikes, and Sticky Webs (fluff) for Infiltrator Dragapult. Kommo-o and Noivern can also use Taunt to prevent foes from recovering HP or setting hazards, (AC) for Dragapult which is especially useful in matchups against Cloyster or recovering off health with Taunt. (wasn't too sure what you meant here but I think you basically said the same thing earlier in the sentence) Noivern also forms a U-turn core with Dragapult, being able to generate momentum for the team. Dracovish and Dracozolt are strong wallbreakers that can take advantage of slower Pokemon thanks to their signature moves, (AC) in Fishous Rend and Bolt Beak, (AC) allowing them to take on Hippowdon and Toxapex respectively.

Choice Scarf Dragapult is a powerful revenge killer that's (optional) able to outspeed a ton much ("a lot" or "a ton" needs something countable to refer to; there isn't something of that nature here) of the metagame, (AC) including setup Pokemon with boosted Speed (scarf and weather mons aren't "setup" pokemon; alternatively, you could just say "including Pokemon such as") such as Excadrill in the sand, Choice Scarf Galarian Darmanitan, Kyurem-B after a Dragon Dance, Chlorophyll Venusaur, and Shell Smash Cloyster. Choice Scarf Duraludon formes forms a speed control core with Dragapult and,(AC) can set up Stealth Rock, (AC) for Dragapult as well as and take on Fairy-type Pokemon such as Grimmsnarl and Togekiss that Dragapult struggles to break.
