[SET COMMENTS]
* With use of a Choice Scarf, Cresselia can make use of the additional Speed and ability to disrupt Pokemon with Trick.
* Cresselia outspeeds and uses Psychic to threaten to 2HKO on Pokemon like Annihilape, Iron Moth, and Urshifu-R.
* Moonblast lets Cresselia to deal with Haxorus and less bulky variants of Urshifu-S.
* Trick allows Cresselia to lock foes into a non-damaging move, such as Manaphy, Espathra, Clear Amulet Zapdos, and Serperior.
* Moonlight allows Cresselia to heal itself in matchups where it can lock foes into a weaker attacking move, such as against Weakness Policy Iron Crown.
* The defensive EVs allow Cresselia to survive two Choice Band Haxorus Outrages and two non-Choice Specs Volcanion Steam Eruptions with burn chip damage. The Speed EVs allow Cresselia to outpace Iron Moth with a Choice Scarf and Hisuian Goodra after a Trick, and the rest of the EVs are dumped into Special Attack.

* Cresselia will inevitably lose against Dark-types like Meowscarada, Chien-Pao, and Moltres-G, so Fairy-type and Steel-type teammates like Alolan Ninetales and Heatran can cover these weaknesses.

I'd like to take another look at it before stamping, let me know when these changes are implemented.
