[SET COMMENTS]
Equipped with a Choice Band, Sneasler makes for a great speedy wallbreaker as well as a great pivot, being able to outspeed the likes of Cinderace, non-Choice Scarf Enamorus, as well as unboosted Walking Wake and Iron Valiant. A strong offensive STAB combination of Close Combat and Dire Claw allows Sneasler to threaten bulky Pokemon such as Garganacl, Ting-Lu, Heatran, and Hatterene. Dire Claw is noteworthy, as it has a good chance to cripple its checks such as Landorus-T and Galarian Slowking with status. U-turn not only allows Sneasler to pivot out of its checks, but it can also poison foes with Poison Touch, allowing its teammates to get easier KOs. Shadow Claw or Night Slash allows Sneasler to deal great damage to Skeledirge, Gholdengo, and Galarian Slowking. Tera Fighting further boosts Close Combat's power, allowing it to guarantee 2HKOs against walls it would normally struggle with such as defensive Great Tusk and Dondozo. Sneasler is best utilized on offensive teams, where it can use its wallbreaking abilities to enable sweeps from its teammates. In addition, sweepers such as Dragonite, Choice Scarf Enamorus, Swords Dance Iron Valiant, and Kingambit all appreciate Sneasler wearing down their checks with poison crippling them with paralysis or sleep to give its teammates setup opportunities. Entry hazard support from the likes of Hisuian Samurott and Landorus-T is appreciated, as their hazards wear down incoming foes for Sneasler to wallbreak more easily. For example, Sneasler can OHKO Volcanion without Heavy-Duty Boots and positive-natured fully defensive Enamorus-T with Close Combat and Dire Claw, respectively, after Stealth Rock damage. Sneasler struggles to break through certain defensive Pokemon such as Landorus-T and Toxapex. Hence, it appreciates Pokemon that can wear them down such as Bulk Up or Ice Spinner Great Tusk and Choice Specs Walking Wake, respectively. Lastly, Sneasler doesn't want to attack Zapdos or Moltres in fear of triggering Static and Flame Body, respectively. Therefore, it appreciates teammates that can check them such as Choice Band Baxcalibur, which can also freely use Glaive Rush against Moltres thanks to its burn immunity.
