anyone else think this would be cool? Its stats could change with the weather, like for sandstorm, defense doubles and sp. defense increases by 1.5, then boosted up to x2 from the sandstorm effect.
And it could have a move that inflicts different status conditions depedning on weather, like in the sun it works as will-o-wisp, in the rain thunderwave, in a sandstorm.. (any ideas?).
