What is the bug?
Visual/Implementation bug with simple beam and quark drive
When Quark drive is changed with simple beam, visually you still have the stat boosts but you don't have them in practice

Mega Glalie is slower than BE speed Crown, but since crown got simple beamed turn 3 it didn't have quark drive, so even though it had the boosts visually, it didn't have them in practice
Simple beam doesn't work on Protosynthesis, so it's either a bug with how Quark Drive is implemented, or a bug with how stats are shown
Minor Update: Simple beam also works on Protosynthesis, even though it shouldn't according to bulbapedia
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Just repeat the process with the same pokemon
