What is the bug?
Today, I tried to offlinemsg a user. I first did `/msg lolrito,.` to open their chat window. Oddly, for me it showed in chat (and did not open the chat window!). However, for articoo (and seemingly all other people, according to roomlogs) it did not actually send to the room.

This happened in Mafia.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Not sure. I had chatted to the user before, but closed the PM window (I think before he went offline). It worked as normal for other users (both online and offline)

I was able to replicate this but by doing `/msg lolrito,.`
I tried for several other users however to no avail.

I did however notice something else odd that I think has to be related/correlated to this in some way. Whenever I tried sending a command to an offline user it would display the message "You cannot send commands in offline PMs." in their pmbox. This has happened to all users so far except for lol rito(same user in question). In his case I got a message from ~ instead of the message being inside of lol rito's pm box. (see screenshot below). In my opinion these seem related, and might help explain why this is happening to lol rito specifically until we find more users that it happens with.

EDIT: I did the same steps but with micromorphic and got the same results as I did for lol rito.
`/msg micromorphic,.` produced the message below

I also confirmed that the same occurrence of receiving the message from ~ occurred with micromorphic which all but confirms my suspicions that this is related to the reported bug.
