Its Speed with the Protosynthesis boost allows it to get the jump on Choice Scarf users such as Urshifu-R and Landorus and either remove their items with Knock Off or set up Tailwind so that its partners can outspeed and secure a KO. Its high special bulk allows it to function as a good check to special attacking Restricted Pokemon such as Kyogre, Terapagos, and Calyrex-S, (AC) with it being able to remove Leftovers on Calm Mind Kyogre or Terapagos and threaten to OHKO Calyrex-S with knock off before it Terastallizes. With the Speed investment, Roaring Moon outspeeds Timid Chi-Yu and Landorus as well as Modest Regieleki with Protosynthesis activated, and the Attack EVs allow Tera Flying Acrobatics to almost always OHKO the Urshifu formes. Finally, the bulk investment allows Terastallized Roaring Moon to survive two Astral Barrages from Calyrex-S, two Heat Waves from Chi-Yu, or Tera Water Surging Strikes from Urshifu-R. Tera Flying allows it to threaten an OHKO on Amoonguss, Rillaboom, and Ogerpon-H with STAB Acrobatics.

Roaring Moon has seen numerous top placements alongside Calm Mind Kyogre, which appreciates its fast Tailwind and Knock Off support, ability to hit Grass-types super effectively with Acrobatics, and capability to check Calyrex-S. It has also been used on Calyrex-S and Galarian Weezing compositions to help them work better against mirror matchups and as a fast Tailwind setter for Speed-invested Calyrex-I. Roaring Moon has a very hard time taking on Miraidon structures, with Choice Specs Miraidon being able to OHKO Roaring Moon with Dazzling Gleam before it Terastallizes, Electro Drift or Volt Switch after it Terastallizes, and Draco Meteor regardless. Roaring Moon also struggles with Iron Hands, as Iron Hands is able to take a hit and OHKO it in return. Speed Booster Energy Flutter Mane outspeeds Roaring Moon and threatens to OHKO it with Moonblast or reduce its Speed with Icy Wind and Thunder Wave. Roaring Moon’s weakness to Zamazenta-C and Miraidon makes Landorus one of its premier partners for its ability to OHKO both Restricted Pokemon. Additionally, Roaring Moon appreciates strong offensive pieces such as Urshifu-R and Ogerpon-H that are able to handle Flutter Mane, Chien-Pao, and Calyrex-I when paired with its Tailwind or offensive support. The 76 EVs in Attack allow Tera Flying Acrobatics to always OHKO 4 HP Urshifu-R and Urshifu-S, and the HP and Special Defense investment allows allow Roaring Moon to survive 2 unboosted Astral Barrages from Calyrex-S and 2 Modest Heat Waves from Modest Chi-Yu while Tera'd using Tera Fire,.(remove comma and add period) and the The Defense investment allows Roaring Moon to survive Tera Water Adamant Surging Strikes from Urshifu-R while Tera'd Roaring Moon is terastilized. Without Tera, also survives some Iron Hands's Drain Punch outside of electric terrain. (Kind of sounds like a inconsistent calc, would prefer that it is a calc that is guaranteed in your favor) Tera Flying is the only viable Tera Type, as it boosts Roaring Moon's Acrobatics and allows it to gain STAB for key OHKOs (i would reword the highlighted section to something like, "Roaring Moon uses Tera Flying to gain STAB on Acrobatics, picking up key OHKOs onto Pokemon like ____.") and more effective damage trades.

Roaring Moon has a very hard time taking on Miraidon structures, with Choice Specs Miraidon being able to outright OHKO Roaring Moon with either Draco Meteor, Dazzling Gleam, or, when Tera'd, Electro Drift and Volt Switch and Electro Drift (edrift does over 50% to non-tera moon anyways). Roaring Moon also struggles significantly into with Iron Hands, with Tera Flying Acrobatics barely chunking its hefty physical bulk and Iron Hands being able to retaliate with a super effective attack even if Roaring Moon has Terastalized (pretty sure you could shave this down). Booster Energy Speed Flutter Mane outspeeds Roaring Moon and threatens to OHKO it outright with Moonblast or can reduce its speed with Icy Wind and Thunder Wave. Tera Fairy Draining Kiss Calyrex-S is also a notable set to watch out for, as it flips the type matchup between it and Roaring Moon and is able to resist its previously 4x Super Effective Knock Off and OHKO it back with STAB Draining Kiss (kind of shaky on this, realistically it isn't the worst because you are forcing tera and you can have tera open, but I can see your standpoint). Roaring Moon appreciates partners who are able to check Miraidon, (add comma) such as Calyrex-I and Landorus. It has seen numerous top placements alongside Calm Mind Kyogre, which appreciates the fast Tailwind, Knock Off, the ability to hit Grass types super effectively with Acrobatics, and an additional check to Calyrex-S. I don't think specifying rapidshifu is very relevant, as both are threatened equally by acrobatics and neither run flying-weak or resistant teras.

The Defense investment allows Roaring Moon to survive Tera Water Surging Strikes from Urshifu-R while Terastalized. Tera Flying allows you it to immediately pressure threaten to OHKO (clarifying on what pressure means) Amoonguss, Rillaboom, and Ogerpon-H with STAB Acrobatics.

Roaring Moon has a very hard time taking on Miraidon structures, with Choice Specs Miraidon being able to outright(idt this is needed when its a Miraidon) OHKO Roaring Moon with Draco Meteor, Dazzling Gleam, and Electro Drift when Terastalized OHKO Roaring Moon with Dazzling Gleam and Draco Meteor before it Terastalizes and Draco Meteor or Electro Drift if it has Terastalized(rephrased so that it doesn't sound like gleam/ drift kills before/after tera). Roaring Moon also struggles with Iron Hands, as Iron Hands is able to take a hit and OHKO in return. Speed Booster Energy Flutter Mane outspeeds Roaring Moon and threatens to OHKO it outright with Moonblast or reduce its Speed with Icy Wind and Thunder Wave(what helps into this?). Roaring Moon also struggles into Chien-Pao, which with its Ice-type STAB attacks is able to hit it super effectively even if Terastalized, and Zamazenta-C, who OHKOs Roaring Moon with Body Press and does not take much damage in return(same here). Roaring Moon appreciates partners who are able to check Miraidon, such as Calyrex-I and Landorus. It has seen numerous top placements alongside Calm Mind Kyogre, which appreciates the fast Tailwind, Knock Off, the ability to hit Grass-types super effectively with Acrobatics, and an additional check to Calyrex-S. It has also been used on Calyrex-S and Galarian Weezing compositions in order to secure the mirror matchup better work better into the mirror and as a fast Tailwind setter for Speed invested Calyrex-I. Additionally, Roaring Moon appreciates strong offensive pieces such as Urshifu-R and Ogerpon-H that appreciate Roaring Moon's Tailwind(You use appreciate twice here but mainly, what do they offer to Roaring Moon?), but can also function alongside more defensive pieces such as Rillaboom, Incineroar, and Amoonguss that provide Fake Out, Intimidate, and Rage Powder and Spore, respectively. Roaring Moon is a fast Tailwind user that utilizes its Speed, access to Knock Off, and Tera Flying Acrobatics to spread damage and check some of the most defining threats in the metagame such as Urshifu, Calyrex-S, and Rillaboom. Its Speed alongside with(might be lateral but alongside makes them sound kinda seperate to me) the Protosynthesis boost allows it to get the jump on Choice Scarf users such as Urshifu-R and Landorus and either remove their items with Knock Off or set up Tailwind so its partners can outspeed and secure a KO. Its high special bulk allows it to function as a good check to special attacking restricteds such as Kyogre, Terapagos, and Calyrex-Shadow with it being able to remove Leftovers on Calm Mind Kyogre or Terapagos and threaten to OHKO Calyrex-Shadow without Terastalization before it Terastallizes.
