Disruptive Support (Iron Valiant) @ Booster Energy
Ability: Quark Drive
Level: 50

EVs: 204 HP / 4 Atk / 100 Def / 28 SpD / 172 Spe

- Coaching
- Wide Guard
- Encore
[SET COMMENTS]
Iron Valiant is a great support Pokemon that can make use of Quark Drive's Speed boost to use moves like Spirit Break, Coaching, and Encore before its foes can attack. These moves allow Iron Valiant to disrupt opposing teams while also benefitting its allies with Wide Guard and Coaching, giving it a strong supportive presence. Spirit Break reduces the damage of common special attackers like Miraidon, Calyrex-S, Terapagos, and Kyogre. Iron Valiant's fast Coaching increases the damage and bulk of allies such as Calyrex-I and Urshifu-R, allowing Calyrex-I to OHKO Flutter Mane and Calyrex-S with Glacial Lance and Urshifu-R to OHKO the same Pokemon as well as Chien-Pao and Ogerpon-C with Surging Strikes. The Defense boost allows Calyrex-I to live Ogerpon-C's Tera Rock Ivy Cudgel and Koraidon's Flare Blitz in the sun. Meanwhile, the boost lets Urshifu-R survive Iron Hands's Wild Charge and Roaring Moon's Tera Flying Acrobatics while making opposing Urshifu formes' Close Combat a 3HKO. Wide Guard is used to block spread moves like Astral Barrage from Calyrex-S, Glacial Lance from Calyrex-I,and Tera Starstorm from Terastallized Terapagos. Encore can make foes hesitate to use moves like Protect, Fake Out, and Nasty Plot, allowing its partners to function properly without being disrupted. This EV spread allows Iron Valiant to live Urshifu-R's Tera Water Surging Strikes, Calyrex-I's Glacial Lance at +1 Attack, Choice Scarf Landorus's Earth Power, Terapagos-S's Tera Stellar Tera Starstorm at +1 Special Attack, and Choice Specs Miraidon's Dazzling Gleam at -1 Special Attack. Tera Ghost allows Iron Valiant to become immune to Fake Out disruption, which is important because it doesn't have Protect.

Speed Booster Energy Flutter Mane is Iron Valiant's biggest threat, as it can move before it and OHKO with Moonblast. Taunt from Tornadus and Flutter Mane can prevent Iron Valiant from using its support moves. Fake Out from Pokemon much such as Rillaboom, Incineroar, and Iron Hands can disrupt Iron Valiant because it needs to Terastallize to avoid flinching, when other Pokemon would prefer to Terastallize. Iron Valiant pairs well with Pokemon that can take advantage of Coaching such as Calyrex-I and Urshifu-R. Iron Valiant also provides support for Amoonguss and Landorus because of its ability to weaken threats to them like Miraidon, Chi-Yu, and Calyrex-S while protecting them from spread moves like Glacial Lance and Origin Pulse.

Iron Valiant is a great support Pokémon that uses can make use of its Quark Drive ability with the Booster Energy item to boost its speed to use (fluff/dex info) moves like Coaching, Disable, Encore and Spirit Break to support the team. These moves allow Iron Valiant to disrupt opposing teams while also benefitting its own team with Wide Guard and Coaching, giving it a strong supportive presence on the field. (fluff) The use of Wide Guard makes Iron Valiant especially valuable into the Pokemon that like make use of their spread moves like Calyrex-S, Calyrex-I and Terapagos, with while using Spirit Break and Icy Wind to control the Special Attack and speed of foes respectively .
Spirit Break is excellent to lower the Special Attack of common Special-Attacking Pokemon like Miraidon, Calyrex-S, and Terapagos (try to limit examples to a maximum of three) to make up for Iron Valiants low Special Defense, (fluff) before they can move. Iron Valiant's fast Coaching can enable its partners like Calyrex-I and Urshifu-R to quickly deal massive damage while boosting their Defence. Disable and Encore can stop Pokemon from using moves that could threaten itself or its partners while disrupting teams and forcing them to reposition. With Icy Wind to provide speed control for the rest of the team. (You already mentioned this earlier)

Booster Energy is essential on Support-Iron Valiant to become outspeed a lot of the the format. Elaborate on what pokemon/speed tiers iron valiant outspeeds with the booster energy boost
This spread allows it to live Urshifu-R's Tera Water Surging Strikes, Calyrex-I's Glacial Lance at +1 Attack, Landorus's Earth Power (specify choice scarf, as 1. life orb lando OHKOs this spread and 2. life orb lando would just switch to sludge bomb), Terapagos's Tera Stellar Tera Starstorm at +1 Special Attack and Miraidon's Tera Fairy Dazzling Gleam at -1 Special Attack (even outside of electric terrain, this is a roll in miraidon's favour). Tera Ghost allows it to become immune to Fake Out which would otherwise prevent it from moving. What does this speed stat let iron valiant outspeed?

Booster Energy Speed Flutter Mane is Iron Valiant's biggest threat as it can move before it and OHKO with Moonblast. As well as Taunt users such as Tornadus, Flutter Mane you already mentioned that it can OHKO it and Incineroar can shut off its supporting moves, greatly reducing Iron Valiant's value on the field. Iron Valiant pairs particularly well with Pokemon that can take advantage of its fast Coaching, allowing because of its excellent speed with the Booster Energy item it can use it before they attack and enable (fluff) them to sweep. Wide Guard is also an incredible tool to protect them from spread moves that would otherwise OHKO them such as (fluff) protects Iron Valiant and its teammates from strong spread moves, such as Astral Barrage from Calyrex-S and Dazzling Gleam and Discharge (discharge doesn't get a lot of usage and is too niche to mention) from Miraidon.

On your whimsicott point - whims doesn't run taunt, and whims and torn are both different pokemon with different tools (torn is bulkier, has a strong spread move and good spa, so can also invest more into its attacking stat)

The use of Wide Guard makes Iron Valiant especially valuable into the Pokemon that like make use of their spread moves like Calyrex-S, Calyrex-I and Terapagos, Rephrase this sentence to simply say Wide Guard is used to block spread moves like... from... . Spirit Break is Iron Valiant's best supporting Fairy-type STAB attack to lower the Special Attack This is dex info, you can say reduce damage instead of common Special-Attacking Pokemon like Miraidon, Calyrex-S, Terapagos and Kyogre . Iron Valiant's fast Coaching can enable its partners like Calyrex-I and Urshifu-R to quickly deal massive damage increases the damage and bulk of Calyrex-I and Urshifu-R, while boosting their Defence to both get OHKO's on Flutter Mane and Calyrex-S, and Chien-Pao, Ogerpon-C with Urshifu-R This isn't clear, mention specifically which Pokemon Calyrex-I and Urshifu-R OHKO with the +1 boost and specify with what move. The defence boost allows Calyrex-I to live Ogerpon-C's Tera Rock Ivy Cudgel and Koraidon's Flare Blitz in the sun. The Defence boost allows , meanwhile Urshifu-R to survive survives Iron Hand's Wild Charge, Roaring Moon's Tera-Flying Acrobatics and make opposing Urshifu-R's Need to specify a forme Close Combar Combat a 3HKO. Encore can make opponents hesitate to use moves like Protect, Fake Out or Nasty Plot. Speed Booster Energy Flutter Mane is Iron Valiant's biggest threat as it can move before it and OHKO with Moonblast. As well as Taunt users such as Tornadus, Whimsicott, Flutter Mane and Incineroar Find another example of a Taunt user, on second read these Pokemon aren't common/don't run Taunt often also try to avoid mentioning Flutter Mane again since you mentioned it already threatens to OHKO Iron Valiant. You should mention Fake Out as a threat to Iron Valiant since it needs to Terastallize to avoid it, however you generally don't want to use your Tera on Iron Valiant Iron Valiant pairs particularly well with Pokemon that can take advantage of Coaching such as Calyrex-I and Urshifu-R, because of its excellent speed with the Booster Energy item it can use it before they attack and enable them to sweep , Repetition while threating Roaring Moon and reducing the damage Urshifu-R and Calyrex-I take from Calyrex-S with Spirit Break, with Wide Guard to protect them from spread moves that would otherwise OHKO them such as, such as Astral Barrage from Calyrex-S , Dazzling Gleam and Discharge from Miraidon. Iron Valiant is a great support Pokémon Pokemon that can make use of its Quark Drive ability with the Booster Energy item to boost its Speed Can reword as “can use Booster Energy to boost its speed” to use moves like Coaching, Disable not part of the set, Encore, (AC) and Spirit Break before its foes can attack. These moves allow Iron Valiant to disrupt opposing teams while also benefitting its own team with Wide Guard and Coaching, giving it a strong supportive presence on the field. The use of Wide Guard makes Iron Valiant especially valuable into the Pokemon that like make use of their spread moves like Calyrex-S, Calyrex-I and Terapagos Can reword as “Wide Guard is valuable to block spread moves like Astral Barrage, Glacial Lance, and Tera Starstorm from Calyrex-S, Calyrex-I, and Terapagos, respectively.” Spirit Break is Iron Valiants (AA) best supporting Fairy-type (AH) STAB attack to lower the Special Attack of Can reword as "reduce the damage output of" common Special-Attacking Pokemon like Miraidon, Calyrex-S, Terapagos and Kyogre. (RS) Iron Valiant's fast Coaching can enable its partners like Calyrex-I and Urshifu-R to quickly deal massive damage while boosting their Defence This trends more towards dex info, I would just focus on the calcs to both get OHKO's on Flutter Mane and Calyrex-S, and Chien-Pao, Ogerpon-C with Urshifu-R. Aside from there being random spaces, the sentence is structured awkwardly. Instead try "enable Calyrex-I to OHKO... and Urshifu-R to OHKO..." The defence defense boost allows Calyrex-I to live Ogerpon-C's Tera Rock Ivy Cudgel and Koraidon's Flare Blitz in the sun. The Defence boost allows Urshifu-R to survive Iron Hand's Wild Charge, Roaring Moon's Tera-Flying Acrobatics and make opposing Urshifu's Close Combar a 3HKO. Urshifu on the specific team Iron Valiant is used on runs sash, so it doesn't really matter to be honest Encore can make opponents hesitate to use moves like Protect, Fake Out or Nasty Plot. This EV spread allows it to live Urshifu-R's Tera Water Surging Strikes, Calyrex-I's Glacial Lance at +1 Attack, Life Orb Landorus's Earth Power, Terapagos's Tera Stellar Tera Starstorm at +1 Special Attack and Miraidon's Dazzling Gleam at -1 Special Attack. (AS) Tera Ghost allows it to become immune to Fake Out disruption could say "which is important because it doesn't have Protect," up to you.

Speed Booster Energy Flutter Mane is Iron Valiant's biggest threat as it can move before it and OHKO with Moonblast. As well as Taunt users such as Tornadus, Whimsicott, Flutter Mane and Incineroar. Not a complete sentence, also Tornadus and Flutter Mane are really the only relevant users that run Taunt from this list. You should talk about disruption in general e.g. opposing Amoonguss, Fake Out users, Taunt/Encore Pokemon, etc. Iron Valiant pairs particularly well with Pokemon that can take advantage of Coaching such as Calyrex-I and Urshifu-R (RC RS) because of its excellent speed with the Booster Energy item Booster Energy it can use it coaching before they attack and enable them to sweep. (End sentence) while threating It also threatens Roaring Moon and reducing reduces the damage Urshifu-R and Calyrex-I take from Calyrex-S, with Wide Guard to protect them from spread moves that would otherwise OHKO them such as, such as Astral Barrage from Calyrex-S , Dazzling Gleam and Discharge from Miraidon. It is a little bit redundant with the earlier paragraph, but more importantly it's not worded properly. It should be specified that it reduces Calyrex-S's damage with Spirit Break, and the "otherwise OHKO" part is definitely not true for each of those moves, so just take it out. Discharge isn't relevant enough to include. In general, this paragraph is a bit short, try to cover more threats and synergy w/ partners (can simply explain covering one another's weaknesses w/ the other members of the team)

Iron Valiant is a great support Pokémon Pokemon that can make use of its Quark Drive ability with the Booster Energy item to boost its Speed to use moves like Coaching, Disable, Encore and Spirit Break before its foes can attack. These moves allow Iron Valiant to disrupt opposing teams while also benefitting its own team with Wide Guard and Coaching, giving it a strong supportive presence on the field. This EV spread allows it Iron Valiant to live Urshifu-R's Tera Water Surging Strikes, Calyrex-I's Glacial Lance at +1 Attack, Life Orb Landorus's Earth Power, Terapagos's Tera Stellar Tera Starstorm at +1 Special Attack and Miraidon's Dazzling Gleam at -1 Special Attack.Tera Ghost allows it to become immune to Fake Out disruption.

Mention more examples of partners since you have only mentioned Calyrex-I and Urshifu-R

Iron Valiant is a great support Pokemon that can make use of its Quark Drive ability with the Booster Energy item to Drive's Speed boost its Speed (brevity) to use moves like Spirit Break, Coaching, (AC) and Encore before its foes can attack. These moves allow Iron Valiant to disrupt opposing teams while also benefitting its allies with Wide Guard and Coaching, giving it a strong supportive presence. The defence Defense boost allows Calyrex-I to live Ogerpon-C's Tera Rock Ivy Cudgel and Koraidon's Flare Blitz in the sun. Meanwhile, (AC) the boost lets Urshifu-R survives survive Iron Hands's Wild Charge (RC) and Roaring Moon's Tera-Flying Tera Flying Acrobatics and make while making opposing Urshifu's Urshifu formes' Close Combat a 3HKO. (If these calcs are not with +1 Defense, please lmk) Wide Guard is used to block spread moves like Astral Barrage from Calyrex-S, Glacial Lance from Calyrex-I, (AC) and Tera Starstorm from Terastallized Terapagos. Encore can make opponents foes hesitate to use moves like Protect, Fake Out, (AC) and or Nasty Plot, allowing its partners to function properly without being disrupted. This EV spread allows Iron Valiant to live Urshifu-R's Tera Water Surging Strikes, Calyrex-I's Glacial Lance at +1 Attack, Choice Scarf Landorus's Earth Power, Terapagos's Terapagos-S's (Using Stellar forme's Special Attack stat) Tera Stellar Tera Starstorm at +1 Special Attack, (AC) and Choice Specs Miraidon's Dazzling Gleam at -1 Special Attack. (removed space) Iron Valiant also provides support for Amoonguss and Landorus because of its ability to weaken threats to them like Miraidon, Chi-Yu, (AC) and Calyrex-S while protecting them from spread moves like Glacial Lance and Origin Pulse.
