Best natures for Piplup and Starly!

WHat would be the best natures for those 2? And also if there is a website with the best natures for the D/P Pokemon, can somebosy please let me know and give me the site name? Thanks!
 
I would say Calm nature for Piplup, as you want Empoleon to be bulky enough to take on most Special Attacks, especially from CS Salamence. Or Adamant if you to use a physical sweeping/flailing set

In-game, Calm is still a good nature
 
Really, it depends on the moveset and what you want the pokemon to be able to do. We can't exactly help you without those.

This is a good example of how to not make a thread.
