ORAS UU Beedrilling Yo Girl (UU RMT)

This is a UU team I was hoping to get some help with. The team consists of 3 very offensive mons and 3 very defensive mons that core well together. On paper it seems good, but I feel like I'm missing a few things to that would make this good team a great team, so hopefully you guys can help me out with that. Anyways, the team as follows:

Beedrill-Mega @ Beedrillite
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- U-turn
- Poison Jab
- Drill Run
- Protect

Mega Beedrill is an absolutely fantastic lead or clean up Pokemon in UU, which is exactly what it is used for. I run Adamant as Beedrill still out speeds most of the tier and it can hit harder with Adaptability Poison Jab and U-Turn. Drill Run is ran here for coverage against Steel types, and Protect guarantees the Mega Evolution and scouts for priority.

Empoleon @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Stealth Rock
- Roar
- Defog

This team has a heavy reliance on this Empoleon. This Empoleon is the Special Wall of the team, and is this teams only method of hazard control which is needed as half my team is weak to Stealth Rock. It is vital to this team's success Empoleon stays around as long as possible to take hits and control hazards.

Aromatisse @ Leftovers
Ability: Aroma Veil
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Wish
- Protect
- Moonblast
- Aromatherapy

I chose Aromatisse over Florges as Aromatisse has a higher Defense stat and thus cores better with Empoleon. Aromatisse is able to pass Wishes onto my team as well as heal status with Aromatherapy. Works very well in conjunction with Empoleon and Rotom-H

Virizion @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Leaf Blade
- Stone Edge
- Zen Headbutt

Virizion was put on this team as it covers a lot of weaknesses this team has like Ground, Water and Rock. This team also needed a Choice Scarf user, and Virizion's high Speed stat appealed to me and quite honestly it's won more games than I would have initially thought as it can out speed and KO many offensive Pokemon in the UU metagame.

Noivern @ Choice Specs
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Boomburst
- Draco Meteor
- Flamethrower
- Air Slash

This Noivern works as a wall breaker and covers weaknesses on this team. Specs Noivern essentially can just nuke something early or late game, and thus works great at eliminating threats early or cleaning up late game.

Rotom-Heat @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Overheat
- Volt Switch
- Pain Split
- Will-O-Wisp

Finally is Rotom-H, which I put on this team as another Ground immunity, and it acts as a more reliable physical wall than Aromatisse and it still cores well with Empoleon. This Pokemon is great at crippling physical attackers and gaining switch initiative with Volt Switch.

Thoughts on this team? I consider this team pretty well balanced but I feel like I'm missing something, so hopefully you guys can help me out. I'll leave an importable version of the team down below if you are interested in using it:

hey The-CSchnepf cool team. The only bad thing about this team is that it's very hard for you to switch in to either of the Nidos. And if you do switch in, the mons either get KO'd or take a huge chunk of damage, which can obviously hurt a team. Nidoqueen being the more common one, I'll show you the calcs for offensive Queen.
252+ SpA Life Orb Sheer Force Nidoqueen Sludge Wave vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Aromatisse: 439-523 (108.1 - 128.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ SpA Life Orb Sheer Force Nidoqueen Earth Power vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Empoleon: 273-322 (73.3 - 86.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ SpA Life Orb Sheer Force Nidoqueen Sludge Wave vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Rotom-H: 188-224 (61.8 - 73.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ SpA Life Orb Sheer Force Nidoqueen Sludge Wave vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Noivern: 242-285 (77.8 - 91.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ SpA Life Orb Sheer Force Nidoqueen Sludge Wave vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Virizion: 322-382 (99.3 - 117.9%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO
I would try to fit Hydreigon in the team, which can take a hit from either Nido and also OHKO it.

A couple other things I would recommend on this team is having Choice Scarf Hydreigon over Noivern and having Choice Band Heracross over Virizion. Noivern is not really viable in the tier due to its frailness and underwhelming damage, even with Specs. I also think Heracross fits in well with this team, because it provides a solid Suicune counter (which this team didn't really have before), being able to switch into scald and do a ton of damage.
Hail Hydra @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Dark Pulse
- Fire Blast
- U-turn
Heracross @ Choice Band
Ability: Guts
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Megahorn
- Close Combat
- Earthquake/Knock Off
- Stone Edge
Lastly, I would recommend switching up the EV spread on Rotom-H. The spread doesn't allow it to beat Adamant Honchkrow, which is a speed benchmark in the tier. The spread to beat it is 248 HP / 124 Def / 136 Spe.

Hope I helped! :]

Both suggestions worked great! One thing I did notice when switching to Heracross was that the team has a lot easier of a time taking out Blissey! Hydreigon works great as well, as it deals with Alakazam better than my team did before! I think my team is still pretty weak to the Nidos (but it's MUCH more managable) and Mega Sceptile presents a huge threat if I don't conserve Hydreigon. I think those are just things I have deal with tho, so thanks so much for making the team a ton better! Really helped out a lot! :]
