ORAS OU Baton Passing Scolipede team

To summarize, my team consists of 2 different plays.
-Scolipede Baton Passing to either Excadrill or Conkeldurr
-Mega Slowbro, with Heatran and Rotom covering for it

Dem Legs (Scolipede) (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Speed Boost
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Protect
- Swords Dance
- Baton Pass
- Pin Missile

Role: Baton Passer
Start off with Protect, get +1 speed via speed bost. Take a hit, get Swords Dance and get +2 attack, again +1 speed with speed boost. Baton pass +2 attack and +2 speed. In case opposing team has a priority move, might have to Baton Pass just the +1 speed, in which case it can be used multiple times in battle. I originally used Ninjask but there's no point to that with Scolipede.

HolyMoley (Excadrill) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Rock Slide
- Rapid Spin

Role: Physical Sweeper/Hazard Remover
Originally was Mega Gallade, got replace later as Conkeldurr and Gallade (both Physical Sweepers that Scolipede would switch to) were fighting type, could get seriously predicted.

Excadrill is one of the two Pokemon that Scolipede will switch to, the other being Conkeldurr. Standard attacking moveset with Rapid Spin for clearing hazards. Higher chances are that Conkeldurr will be the one that gets Baton Pass, not Excadrill unless something like a flying or psychic move is predicted by me. I'd appreciate advice on whether I should make Excadrill bulkier, seeing as how he is also a Rapid Spinner.

PumpMetal (Conkeldurr) (M) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 236 SpD / 20 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Mach Punch
- Drain Punch
- Ice Punch
- Knock Off

Role: Physical Sweeper
The second Pokemon that could get the Baton Pass instead of Excadrill. Chose Assault Vest instead of Flame Orb for more endurance, but am seriously considering Flame Orb instead. Standard moveset with Ice Punch for coverage, Mach Punch for priority and Drain Punch helping to recover. Knock Off is an excellent check.

Laundryman (Rotom-Wash) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 216 Def / 44 Spe
Bold Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Toxic

Role: Pivot/Bird spam check
Rotom (along with my Heatran down below) should be a great check to bird spam. Equipped Toxic instead of Pain Split and it's defensively bulky, as well as a great scout. That's why Rotom and Heatran made good partners, as Rotom can remove the Ground and Water types Heatran has trouble with.

Lava Lion (Heatran) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 248 HP / 192 SpD / 68 Spe
Calm Nature
- Lava Plume
- Earth Power
- Toxic
- Stealth Rock

Role: Hazard setter/Special Wall
Along with Rotom, Heatran's a pretty decent Bird Spam check but it's main role lies in late game Stealth Rocks. Heatran is a good switch in to Rotom with it's Specially Defensive bulk. Heatran can take care of annoying grass types that Rotom has trouble with and they work well together.

Teddy (Slowbro) (M) @ Slowbronite
Ability: Oblivious
EVs: 252 HP / 80 Def / 176 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Iron Defense
- Calm Mind
- Slack Off

Role: Tank/Wall
Originally was Zoroark, but Zoroark and Mega Gallade got replaced by Excadrill and Mega Slowbro. Zoroark was doing nothing for the team.

Pretty common moveset, and Mega Slowbro fits great into the team because Grass Types are taken care of by Heatran, and annoying special attackers like Latis are taken care of by Rotom and Heatran (although better by Heatran due to Rotom's shitty Sp Defense). Heatran will be used for Latis or Grass Types with Rotom in case of Mega Gyarados (that can use Taunt)

Weaknesses
Smeargle really fucks my Baton Passing over by
1) Setting up layers of Spikes and Stealth Rocks
2) Using Spore on either Scolipede or whoever I switch in
