Thx Celebiii for helping me write the pros and cons
Type:
Base Stats: 61/123/60/60/50/136 (490)
Abilities: Swift Swim / Propeller Tail
Notable Moves:
- Liquidation
- Close Combat
- Psychic Fangs
- Drill Run
- Aqua Jet
- Crunch
- Poison Jab
- Tera Blast
- Brick Break
Pros:
- Amazing attack stat
- The 2nd highest base speed in UU
- Wide amount of coverage moves
- Can get rid of screens with PsyFangs or Brick Break
Cons:
- Extremely frail to all attacks
- Gets shut down by intimidate strats quite easily
- It has no forms of boosting its atk
- Doesnt have any pivoting moves (Flip Turn, U-Turn, etc)
- Gets worn down by hazards a lot, and Sticky Web makes it really vulnerable
- Almost all of its moves (exept Tera Blast) are contact moves, so its normally affected by Flame Body, Cursed Body, Static, Rocky Helmet, etc
- It normally hits its full potential in rain
-It can only damage Gastrodon neutrally without tera
-It normally has to use choice items
-Extremely weak to priority moves if it isnt using Aqua Jet
Tera Potential:
-Tera Water, even when, it is normally strong by itself with STAB Liquidation, it can actally deal some crazy damage with tera water Liquidation, or Aqua Jet if the opposing team has one of its mons speed boosted, and Barraskewda isnt fast enough
-Tera Fighting if your team cant handle Barraskewda not being able to hit efectively water inmune pokemon like Gastrodon, so you can give STAB to Close Combat, its highest bp coverage move
-Tera Ground is one of the only kind of more defensive teras it can use, it can bait opposing electric attacks, and gives Barraskewda STAB Drill Run
Sets:
Barraskewda @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Liquidation
- Close Combat
- Psychic Fangs
- Drill Run
Tera Water
Because of not being focused on rain, it cant run Choice Band because it will normally be outsped by enemy scarfed attackers, uses Liquidation as its STAB move, Close Combat because its the most damaging coverage it has, and because of not having a lot of bulk, the drawback of reducing the defenses wouldnt be that severe, uses PsyFangs if it can switch and safely remove any screens, it is still good coverage, and Drill Run so that it can hit electric types superefectively, it can also use tera ground with Drill Run
Also, it can basically replace PsyFangs by any of its other coverage moves, i just think PsyFangs its one of its best ones
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Liquidation
- Close Combat
- Psychic Fangs
- Drill Run

EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Liquidation
- Close Combat

- Aqua Jet
Tera Water
It uses Choice Band because it already gets an x2 speed boost by being in rain, and adamant nature to hit even harder, Choice Band Adamant tera water Liquidation hits extremely hard, and has Aqua Jet because it can also hit hard with it, and just in case something outspeeds it or also uses a +1 priority move, or Prankster, Close Combat because it is its coverage with the highest bp, and Psychic Fangs to remove screens

If you dont want to use any choice item, the best option would be HDB, letting it switch safely when hazards are up, and making it inmune to sticky web, that can really hurt its capabilities, it can also use Focus Sash or Lum Berry, but they're not as reliable as HDB, because of not having choice restrictions, it can use Aqua Jet freely and not get choice-locked into it, causing it to deal less damage, Liquidation is its STAB move, Close Combat is it coverage that deals the most damage, and PsyFangs removes screens
