[SET COMMENTS]
* The powerful stallbreaking combination of Torch Song and Unaware breaks through practically any setup threat such as Volcarona or Cresselia with ease. It also allows Skeledirge to attack Weakness Policy users, namely Iron Crown and Metagross without fear.
* Air Balloon allows Skeledirge to use Will-O-Wisp on physical attackers like Garchomp and Iron Hands without fear of Ground-type coverage, letting it stall them out with Slack Off.
* Encore is useful against stall Pecharunt and to prevent non-Choice Band Ursaluna from using its Ground-type STAB moves.
* Maximum HP and Defense EVs ensure that Skeledirge never loses to highly offensive variants of certain attackers, such as Garchomp and non-Encore Annihilape, that it is expected to check.
* Because Encore itself is not affected by opposing Encore, Skeledirge performs favorably against common Encore + Disable users such as Alolan Ninetales and non-Spirit Break Speed Booster Iron Valiant. Skeledirge should always use Encore first and then alternate between Torch Song and Encore until an opposing Disable is used. After that, Skeledirge is free to use Will-O-Wisp and then continue the sequence to an eventual KO.
* Choice Band Meowscarada and Hisuian Goodra can dispatch threats to Skeledirge such as Primarina and Raging Bolt while greatly appreciating its additional security against Ursaluna and Iron Crown, which they cannot always handle reliably.

after extensive and inconclusive discussion about the purpose on blast burn in the 1v1 discord, after seeing that this move does 80 to meow, after considering how essential slack off is for this set to function, after receiving the greenlight from my colleague Mentality....

I will be removing blast burn as a slash in the 4th moveslot.

qc ready

although I think re-ev wouldnt be out of order. The "official" benchmark is cb phan head smash but it seems pretty agreed upon that head smash is bad and this set without blast burn isnt even good at handling it (which possibly? makes encore+disable more consistent? i dont see how it's necessary at all though). i think max physdef is fine, its pretty close to ada garchomp/its the best possible roll for cb ape rage fist (lol (but also its kind of chill i woudn't want to lose to these)) but having some spa/spdef for something prob cant hurt.

Code:
* Will-O-Wisp and Slack Off together stall out physical attackers like Garchomp and Iron Hands.
Up to you if you think adding a mention of Unaware's defensive strength is good here.

Code:
* Maximum HP and Defense ensure that Skeledirge never loses to highly offensive variants of certain attackers, such as Garchomp and Annhilape, that it is expected to check.
Honestly looks good outside of this. Firstly, the Annihilape spelling, but also probably including other Encore users (notably more stall oriented Annihilape sets might be worth including. It's probably notable to mention some stuff about Rage Fist / Encore and how that matchup really goes.

Code:
* Because Encore itself cannot be Encored, Skeledirge can beat any Encore + Disable user such as Speed Booster Iron Valiant and Ninetales-A. Skeledirge should always Encore first and then alternate between Torch Song and Encore until an opposing Disable is used. After that, Skeledirge is free to use Will-O-Wisp and then continue the sequence to a guaranteed victory.
This is sorta weird, because defensive Encore + Disable Iron Valiant's win condition is to just go Protect into Protect into Encoring Torch Song into Protect into Disable into Encore into Moonblast spam and if it lands the second protect, there's nothing you can do about it, as shown here. Meanwhile specially defensive Encore + Disable Iron Valiant can just bulk Torch Song into Torch Song into two Struggles, which is show by this. Since SpDef is so rare now anyway, I doubt that it really matters unless we get more Spirit Break sets happening, but there should probably be some note here for that.

Good work as always, not too much to do here I think except for just noting that Iron Val has outs or smth idk... not really sure what you should do there either, up to you really.

you have my discord, just dm me after ur done and I'll more than likely just give you the 1/2 on the spot lol...

* Pedantically I would add a bullet as to why Air Balloon is used here vs say, a berry etc.
* Will-O-Wisp and Slack Off together stall out physical attackers like Garchomp and Iron Hands.
* Encore is useful against Stall Pecharunt and is necessary to lock out non-Choice Band Ursaluna from using their Ground-type STAB moves.
