ORAS OU Balanced team based around Dragonite...

Hello all, first time making a team and posting here so hope you all go easy on the feedback.

I start off the team with Dragonite since he is one of my favorite pokemons and I always wanted to use him in battles seriously.

Dragonite @ Lum Berry:
Ability: Multiscale
EV: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Nature: Adamant
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Extreme Speed

Being Dragonite, stealth rocks and hazard removal is basic necessity. I pick Excadrill for the team since he synergizes well with Dragonite on defense, covering the rock and earthquake weaknesses of each other. I actually decide to double up on duties for Excadrill putting stealth rocks and rapid spin on him, because mold breaker stealth rock is too good.

Excadrill @ Choice Scarf:
Ability: Mold Breaker
EV: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Nature: Jolly
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Stealth Rock
- Rapid Spin

Next up I recruit Talonflame. Talonflame handles fairies types so well, which is great for Dragonite as that's one of his biggest checks (the other being steel). I decide to run a set having Talonflame to focus on checking fairies and a sort of pseudo-stall breaker type of pokemon, mainly utilizing WoW and taunt. Having a little more emphasis on his spD to take special attacks better since fairies tend to main in special attacks.

Talonflame @ Leftovers:
Ability: Gale Wings
EV: 248 Hp / 252 SpD / 8 Spe
Nature: Careful
- Brave Bird
- Will-o-Wisp
- Taunt
- Roost

The new addition to the team, Slowbro makes an appearance on the fourth spot. Slowbro helps take care of keeping dragon types in check, another of Dragonite's weakness. More EV points on his special defense stat to tank some electric and grass hits better. Not much else to say about Slowbro, a good defensive tank for a lot of pokemon especially threats like Charizard x and Garchomp, and just a great guy to have around on the team.

Slowbro @ Rocky Helmet:
Ability: Regenerator
EV: 252 Hp / 80 Def / 176 SpD
Nature: Bold
- Scald
- Slack Off
- Ice Beam
- Thunder Wave

Looking sort of like an anomaly and striking a little resemblance to Quasimodo, Conkeldurr nevertheless is soft on the inside and serves his role to the team with joy. Assault vest helps him become a special wall, great in tandem with Slowbro on the team, resisting dark type is also a great plus. Fighting moves help break down bulky rock types such as Tyranitar, and mach punch is a safety net against Weavile who would otherwise do Dragonite dirty with ice move spams. Rounding off his moveset with knock off and ice punch, Conkeldurr is does a solid job at his role.

Conkeldurr @ Assault Vest:
Ability: Guts
EV: 252 Atk / 236 SpD / 20 Spe
Nature: Adamant
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Knock Off
- Ice Punch

And finally for the last spot I have zinogre......er, I mean Manectric. And of course he's a mega, because my team needs a mega (not really but it looks nicer to have one). SSJ Manectric is fast and hits hard, and once again his moveset compliments Dragonite and the team in general. Thunderbolt helps against bulky water types like Azumaril and Suicune, who I would not have any answers for if they come out running defensive sets. And yes, it checks Slowbro too. Having strong fire type moves is very unique and useful as it gives Manectric very good coverage along with hidden powers, it's helpful in taking out steel types.

Manectric @ Manectite:
Ability: Lightining Rod
EV: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Nature: Timid
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Fire Blast
- Hidden Power Ice

Ok that rounds out my team. Any criticisms and adjustments are appreciated, thanks!!

Hey TrainerYellow pretty cool team you have here, however there are a few errors in your team and I have a couple of changes which could help you enhance this!

(Note: Mega Manectric doesn't get Fire Blast)

Now let's get on to your team, taking a glance it's easy to notice that your team is weak to the opposing Mega Manectric as it can tear your team apart with a combination Hidden Power Ice / Thunderbolt / Volt Switch and Overheat. So for this reason I want to suggest Specially Defensive Heatran > Excadrill. Specially Defensive heatran fits well with Dragonite as it able to take it's Fairy/Ice and Rock weaknesses extremely well and where as Dragonite can take Heatran's Ground and Fighting weaknesses just as well, although you won't be switching in to a lot as you probably want to refrain from breaking Dragonite's multiscale. At max, Specially Defensive heatran only takes 34% from Manectric's thunderbolt and is able to deal up to 54% with lava plume.

Now after this change I realise you lack a spinner or defogger which is pretty much essential for a team with Dragonite + Talonflame, so for that reason I want to suggest that
Mega Scizor > Conkeldurr. Since your team lacks Defoggers/Rapid Spinners I suggest that you add Mega Scizor. Mega Scizor is a nice Defogger thanks to its bulk and its decent Technician ability. Mega Scizor can always bluff an offensive set which can scare away things such as Tyranitar but then actually get up a defog.

However, now that you have Mega Scizor on your team you have 2 Megas so for that reason may I request one final change that being
Raikou > Mega Manectric. Both Mega Manectric and raikou are similar to each other but Mega Manectric having a better Special Attack and speed but is slightly bulkier. I suggest now that you run Assault Vest Raikou as it can help patch your weakness against Manaphy. Raikou is also able to form a decent Volt Turn core with Mega Scizor.

Anyway, that's all for now, hope I helped and good luck with your team :]

TL:DR (Too long didn't read)

Ok,this is my first "adjustment"; So here we go! (I'm not english, but I'll try this)

Pretty solid team, btw here are some changes I'd made to make this team semi-unstoppable

Dragonite, a very common set,and I love and hate it. If it's against you, GG.
I run WP+Multiscale because I don't really mind about WoW thanks to taunt
(But these change its only up to you)

Ok, I never saw a scarf on excadrill because it out speed pretty much everything and it's immune to paralysis!
Try Expert belt>choice scarf or life orb>choice scarf or even Focus sash>choice scarf (Yeah,it's very strong but very very weak)
Personally I use expert belt and I think that it's a better choice instead of life orb

Talonflame, run U-turn>Brave bird. Think about it, he isn't a sweeper but a support,so you can taunt+WoW and run away

I'd suggest to run Snarl>Thunderbolt on manectric so with this you can make useless almost every Special Attackers
Or you can do like me, and use Signal Beam>Volt Switch for things like Mew and Hoopa
These changes are made to clear the field for Conkeldurr.
Since when he can use Fire blast? Anyway use Flamethrower, it's a better choice

All of these changes are based on my personal experiences :P

Anyway I'll try out this team and update my suggestions.

Nice, you guys are giving tips from experience on some of these pokemons, great stuff. I'll put some of these to mind, although i actually have considered mega scizor on my team before but I decided I need fire coverage. Look into it again later with these points in mind.

And I didnt realize manectric doesn't get fire blast, my fault fot that :(
