At this point, what are the tier lists looking like?

I know that it's probably still too early for actual tier lists to be made, but based on what we've played these past nine months since the game was released (in Japan), we can at least get an idea of where Pokemon will fall.

So, that brings me back to the question in the topic title. At this point, based on what we've been able to experiment with so far, what do the tier lists look like?

The main problem is that OU is quite easy to determine. However, BL and below gets quite foggy mainly because you dont know if a pokemon can be UU or is too powerful for that (Think Relicanth here with his vast improvements), should a poke be UU or NU (Mightyena got them improvements too) and so on.
B'sides, I believe there is a no tier discussion rule around these parts.
