☆ Generation 9 games should be completed in Regulation F.
☆ Team lock is in effect.
☆ Rock-Paper-Scissors should be done using this Hitmonchan, and both players must use !showteam before the replay is uploaded or the battle will not count. You may not terastallize Hitmonchan.
☆ The # of games required per matchup is the default; participants are free to make player agreements. It should be noted however that these agreements will not be considered in any Administrative Decisions.

to be perfectly clear the RPS format was an idea myself and luisin were tossing around based on a little mini game we saw JP players doing. Sorry if it was underwhelming to yall lmao.

originally we wanted to do a whole tour in this style but we never got around to figuring out exactly how we should make the rules. AJ wanted to put the ruleset in this event and I thought it would be a neat little test run to see how people feel about the format.
I think if we were to ever do a full scale tour with rps, we’d need to optimize the rules a bit more.
