I'm thinking of getting an Articuno Choice set into the analysis - but I can't do this alone. Please help!
Here is a set I had in mind:
(please note that any option for slot 4 is up for grabs)
Name:SpecsCuno
Move 1: Ice Beam
Move 2: Extrasensory
Move 3: Hidden Power/Signal Beam
Move 4:Aincientpower/Water Pulse
Nature: Modest/Timid
EV's: 4HP, 252SpA, 252Spe

<p>This set may score some suprise kills, as many people expect Articuno to be more of a defensive Pokemon.</p>

Try posting in the Creative Movesets thread first, and be sure to include more supporting detail as to why Specs Articuno appears viable to you, such as damage percentages, move choice, etc.
