Calm Mind Armarouge is a potent wallbreaker thanks to its amazing Special Attack and the sheer power of Armor Cannon. Psyshock blasts past specially bulky Pokemon like Assault Vest Cyclizar and Fezandipiti. Energy Ball is excellent coverage against Rhyperior and Water-types like Slowbro. Armarouge runs Heavy-Duty Boots to hit the field repeatedly without being worn down by entry hazards, especially Stealth Rock. Weak Armor turns physical attacks from foes like Cyclizar into sweeping opportunities for Armarouge, and physical Choice Scarf users like Jirachi and Galarian Zapdos can become switch-in opportunities, as they can't chip Armarouge down without boosting its Speed. Tera Fairy improves Armarouge’s matchups against Dragon-types like Cyclizar and Hisuian Goodra. Tera Fairy's Dark and Bug resistances help against Bisharp and Slither Wing, which are common priority users, and Knock Off and U-turn users like Cyclizar and Galarian Zapdos. Partners like Bisharp and Assault Vest Cyclizar can intercept would-be revenge killers like Hisuian Zoroark and Basculegion-F. Other sweepers, like Oricorio-E and Agility Basculegion-F, can more easily sweep thanks to the holes Armarouge creates in specially defensive Pokemon like Hisuian Goodra and Empoleon.

Tera Fairy improves Armarouge’s matchups against Dragon-types like Cyclizar and Hisuian Goodra as well as Mienshao Mienshao falls into the dark- and bug- move user category. The Dark and Bug resistances provided by Tera Fairy are helpful against Bisharp and Slither Wing also mention a Knock Off user, which are common priority users. Additionally, Tera Fairy lets Armarouge turn the tables on Bisharp and Cyclizar and use them as setup fodder by making them weak and easy activators of Weak Armor. Don't think this is necessary - you already talk about helping against Bisharp, and using physical attackers as weak armor activators was talked about previously. Physically offensive Water-types like Barraskewda and Crawdaunt may threaten to revenge kill Armarouge, but Gyarados and Salamence can proceed to set up on them. These waters aren't really that relevant - you can still mention Barraskewda, but faster Ghost-types like Hisuian Zoroark and Choice Scarf Basculegion-F are much more common revenge killers, so partners like Bisharp and Assault Vest Cyclizar are good for taking advantage of them Other sweepers, like Oricorio-E and Agility Basculegion-F, can more easily sweep thanks to the holes Armarouge creates specify that these holes are created in specially defensive Pokemon like Hisuian Goodra and Empoleon.
