Interesting team! Alakzam on Rain is pretty underexplored. So you say that you've been struggling with Psychic-Types, so i think the first thing we should do is maybe rain Chople Berry on Ferrothorn over Leftovers. This will let you take Focus Blast from Alakzam and Reuniclus more comfortably and either Gyro Ball or Knock Off respectively. Now i would recommend dropping Alakazam for Latios but since I feel Zam on Rain is the whole idea I think instead what we should do is use Latios with Alakazam in Rain to beat down Tyranitar allowing you to easily win the weather war and also let one of the two Psychic-Types clean in the end game. I think Latios over Garchomp would be a great change as it still allows you a Dragon-Type while also giving you another Keldeo check too. Since the Alakazam in Life Orb the Latios set should be Choice Scarf to be more comfortable into set up sweepers such as Volcarona and Dragonite. The last thing is the Alakazam set. Encore is typically used on Focus Sash to Encore Reuniclus but since you are Life Orb you can just hit it hard instead, so I would put Focus Blast in that slot and also use Hidden Power Ice over Hidden Power Fire to be able to clean one shot on Gliscor. while still hitting Ferrothorn with Focus Blast.
