Amoonguss has bloomed to be one of DOU's best support Pokemon! It differentiates itself with access to Spore, taking advantage of the lack of Sleep Clause to consistently disrupt the opposing team. Rage Powder's redirection provides safe opportunities for offensive behemoths such as Landorus, Dragon Dance Kyurem-B, and Meteor Beam Celesteela to either set up or fire off an attack and lets the likes of Necrozma or Diancie safely set up Trick Room, where Amoonguss thrives in thanks to its low Speed. This trait is what enables Amoonguss's offensive teammates to thrive, since it can naturally counter opposing Trick Room teams. STAB Sludge Bomb punishes Spore-immune targets, namely Grass-types like Rillaboom and Tsareena, as well as Tapu Fini. Pollen Puff further supports its teammates by increasing their longevity, while Protect can be used to stall out field conditions like Psychic Terrain. However, Amoonguss can also team up with Tapu Lele thanks to Psychic Surge instantly replacing Misty Terrain. The EV spread, in conjunction with Sitrus Berry, lets Amoonguss survive two Heat Waves from Volcanion, and the Speed IVs allow it to underspeed Diancie.

put Rage Powder a bit more to the front, it's more important than Sludge Bomb and you can use the sequence of Spore -> Rage Powder in the flow to make explicit the idea that Amoonguss is about making space and safe opportunities.

Weave in the idea that its being slow is itself a boon, it's what allows a lot of the offensive set-up archetypes that Amoong enables to work as it can counter TR by simply existing.

the above might choke you in the character count so you can prob cut the Lando-I-specific line. Could keep a mention of it by rewriting the Rage Powder line a bit to not focus on "set-up sweepers" specifically but rather to provide safe opportunities in general, which are inclusive of set-up sweepers, frail attackers, and tr setters. i personally think that this is a better way to show what RP does anyway.

Necrozma is a better example than p2 for TR setting teammates, nobody really uses Amoong + p2.
