Amaura help would be great!

First of, very bad pun in the title! Don't lie, you love it.

Let's get onto the team!

Goldeen.png

Goldeen @ Life Orb
Ability: Lightningrod
Level: 5
EVs: 252 Spd / 36 Def / 220 Atk
Jolly Nature
- Waterfall
- Drill Run
- Poison Jab
- Knock Off

What do I have to say? Goldeen is an absolute beast. Tell me what you know about it? Did you know it had lightningrod? Most of PS don't apparently.
Waterfall is an obvious STAB move, the move you will use most, flinches are a great bonus too.
Drill run, steel types hate it, chinchou was what I have it on there for too.
Poison Jab is the move for fairies, most people don't even realise it gets access to poison jab.
Knock Off is for the Ghost types who think they rule the world.

I was thinking of running Assault vest but was thinking that the Life orb power would be missed, anyone know what would be better? Do I miss any vital KO's or do I survive anything else?

Pokemon___Snubbull_by_MauraCob.jpg

Snubbull @ Eviolite
Ability: Intimidate
Level: 5
EVs: 196 Atk / 196 SDef / 116 Def
Adamant Nature
- Power-Up Punch
- Play Rough
- Earthquake
- Crunch

Snubbull honestly is lacking something, I don't know what but it barely gets much done, I mean it's Intimidate and Fairy typing is alright but I never think it gets the job done when it matters. I see a lot with Thunder Wave, would it help? I was thinking also that a wisher and/or defogger would really help out my team, and I would probably get rid of Snubbull first unfortunately. I did have close combat on this set before PUP but seeing how it's more of a wall than most of my other guys I thought it's a bad idea.

koff.jpg

Koffing @ Eviolite
Ability: Levitate
Level: 5
EVs: 236 Def / 236 SDef / 36 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Flamethrower
- Sludge Wave
- Toxic
- Pain Split

Koffing has always been one of my favourites, I used to run a Specs set in RU with Weezing last gen which was great, but it's not the same with Koffing in LC, it's better as a defensive mon as it's got so low speed!
Toxic is the obvious move of choice here, and Sludge Wave over Bomb because of extra power, but does that get any other KO's? Should I go to Bomb for higher poison success? Flamethrower is to hit the steels who avoid poison. Pain Split is to troll and get more health, albeit unreliably.

20103_698-0.png

Amaura @ Focus Sash
Ability: Refrigerate
Level: 5
EVs: 228 Spd / 220 SAtk / 60 HP
Modest Nature
- Ancient Power
- Hidden Power [Fighting]
- Nature Power
- Rock Polish

Amaura!! You'll probably find no other person who loves Amaura as much as I do. As soon as I saw it in the previews for XY I knew this would be my favourite new mon, it's so cute, lovable and everything.
It does need quite a setting up for this set to work, but once it does, you won't believe it's power.
Rocks, spikes and priority kill it. But if you avoid these things, you are going to KO something. Rock Polish at full health to get +2 and probably use the sash to live. Nature power turns into Tri Attack, which is now a move with 156 power with a 20% chance to burn/para/freeze! Also it completely avoids Sucker Punch. That's nothing to underestimate.
HP Fighting is simply for the steel types who resist both stabs.
Ancient Power is it's best special rock move, and the boost can win games all by itself.

TLDR: Amaura is the best. But it needs assistance.

Timburr @ Eviolite
Ability: Iron Fist
Level: 5
EVs: 196 Atk / 236 SDef / 76 Def
Adamant Nature
- Ice Punch
- Drain Punch
- Knock Off
- Mach Punch

See that? Yes I'm using Iron Fist, in theory Guts is better, I agree. But who is actually stupid enough to status a Timburr? The 20% boost on each punching move is always great, and Knock off to hit the pesky ghosts who want to come in on a Fighting move. It's a lot like Snubbull where it's usually one of my first mons I sacrifice. It's good, but nothing special. And having my only priority on it is quite useful.

misdreavus.jpg

Misdreavus @ Eviolite
Ability: Levitate
Level: 5
EVs: 236 SAtk / 236 Spd / 36 HP
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball
- Dazzling Gleam
- Will-O-Wisp

What could I say about Misdreavus? It's a consistent sweeper which is great to most teams. Shadow Ball and TBolt are normal moves for it and Dazzling gleam is for Scraggy, which can do a lot of bad things to my team if it gets set up.
Will-O is for burning some physical attackers.

So yeah, any help would be appreciated. I love the team, but having it even better would be great, I've never been great at making teams, so getting help from some of the best Pokémon players on the internet is only going to help me. Thanks for any help in advance! :)

For the record, a huge fellow Amaura fan would be TCR.

Croagunk is one Pokemon that I can see being particularly troublesome for your team; a set of Knock Off/Drain Punch/Sludge Bomb is able to cripple and/or KO a large portion of your team. In addition, although Timburr is a solid counter to Pawniard, the fact that its only form of recovery is Drain Punch can be troublesome, leaving Timburr prone to being worn down. Your rock-type sweeper is severely crippled by hazards, since it'll be at imperfect HP once it switches in. For all these reasons, I would like to recommend Drilbur over Goldeen, who doesn't seem to offer a whole lot.
Drilbur @ Eviolite
Ability: Mold Breaker
Level: 5
EVs: 36 HP / 236 Atk / 212 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Swords Dance / Stealth Rock
Drilbur is able to check Croagunk and force it out with the threat of STAB Earthquake. Although Drilbur won't be switching in on Pawniard much other than Sucker Punch, another check on top of Timburr is still helpful, with STAB Earthquake once again being great. Rapid Spin helps keeps hazards off of your side of the field. Swords Dance allows you to beat opposing Drilbur leads by OHKOing it with +2 Earthquake (unboosted Earthquake doesn't OHKO) through Sturdy thanks to Mold Breaker; it also allows you to OHKO Eviolite Misdreavus after a boost, although Misdreavus is likely to burn you first. An alternate option is replacing Swords Dance with Stealth Rock for team support.
I'm recommending Goldeen's removal anyway, but I would like to mention that you should not run Assault Vest; Eviolite is superior in every possible regard, completely negating any uses for Assault Vest in LC (even Klutz tricking is usually done better with a Choice item).

I also don't think Focus Sash Amaura is a good idea; Sturdy + Berry Juice Tirtouga is almost always better, since after being hit once, Berry Juice will heal it to full health, allowing it to take advantage of Sturdy again. Of course, hazards limit this, but that's why I recommended Drilbur :P
Tirtouga @ Berry Juice
Ability: Sturdy
Level: 5
EVs: 180 Spd / 212 Atk / 92 Def
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake / Aqua Jet
- Waterfall
- Stone Edge
- Shell Smash
Tirtouga is an excellent win condition, so make sure to eliminate all its counters before attempting a sweep.

There may also be some better choices for some of the moves. Ice Punch really doesn't offer very much for Timburr now that Gligar is banned; instead, you could try to turn Timburr into a sweeper with Bulk Up, hit Cottonee with Poison Jab (Spritzee still wins), or Larvesta on the switch with Stone Edge. One of the big draws to Koffing is access to Will-O-Wisp, making it even more difficult to take down from the physical side, so I would recommend replacing Toxic. Power-Up Punch doesn't offer very much on a slow Pokemon without reliable recovery such as Snubbull; instead, I would suggest Thunder Wave for crippling specific switch-ins as you mentioned.

A spread of 36 HP / 196 Atk / 36 Def / 116 SDef / 116 Spd Adamant for Snubbull is more beneficial than its current spread, hitting Eviolite numbers and being faster. If you're primarily using Snubbull as a physical switch-in, a spread of 196 Atk / 196 Def / 116 SDef also works.
Timburr would do better with a spread of 196 Attack / 156 Def / 156 SpD Adamant, which hits Eviolite numbers, resulting in more overall bulk.

That's it for now. Good luck!
