Rejected Allowing locked users to challenge non-locked users

I don’t get why locked users shouldn’t be able to send challenges to people, whether it’s a casual game or for a tour. It’s an unnecessary inconvenience to have to wait and find someone who can tell your opponent to challenge them if your opponent can't find you, which is a common thing that occurs. If the issue is that they may spam users with challenges, said users can block them as they would with regular users

They can spam with challenges and even use those to communicate. For example, locked user A takes the username "youareabitch", challenges you and it effectively displays the message on your screen. They can then open another private nav tab or whatever, pick the username "acceptpussy" and do it again. It was largely abused in the past, hence why it was removed.

Also I'm going to act like the big bad mod here but locks are punishments, so they are meant to be inconvenient and deterrent. If someone finds them annoying they can easily avoid being locked in the first place by respecting what I believe are pretty simple rules.

Teclis said everything I wanted to say. The entire reason users are locked is to prevent them from harassing normal users.
