Jumpluff has been a very new addition to ADV UU when its Viability Rankings were created, and the ADV RU Council decided it was too early for Jumpluff to join the tier even though it is currently ranked C+ in UU. However, this tour is a suspect test to see if Jumpluff is able to join ADV RU!!!

- All games will be played in accordance with all standard ADV UU rules and clauses (this means Baton Pass is banned, Bright Powder is banned, etc.). Except...
- Only UUs of C+/C/C-/UR Rank are allowed to be used (in addition to all NU pokemon being allowed). Ninjask and Fearow however are banned.
